I arrived at the drive thru on 9/28/25 approximately at 4:15 to place my order. I was greeted by a KFC employee that appeared to be professionally trained and instructed to preform her duties. I proceeded to place my order speaking clearly and very fluently. My order was repeated back to me but unfortunately it was wrong, so i repeated it again and what was replied to me was yet another wrong order. Then I was asked what was my order again? I replied " I gave you my order in the beginning repeating it again" so he replied I was helping another customer and I didn't hear you. Finally she repeated my order and it was right.🙂 Or so I thought.🤔 I arrived at the window to be told "YOU GOT A MOUTH ON YOU DON'T YOU". I was also charged extra money for a meal that I didn't order which I explained after not responding to her very disrespectful rude and mean response to me. She was shocked to find out that she not only got my order wrong for the 3rd time but now she owed me money back. She closed the window and I sat for 1 1/2 to 2min before she returned to tell me the her manager was in the rest room and then asked me what did I want to do or wait? So I waited 4 minutes until the manager arrived to fix her mistake and refund my money. I said all of that to say this people want to work but do want to preform their duties as employees. Read moreEvery time I order from this location I have to wait for them to finish cooking something. They tell me to pull ahead regardless if there are cars behind me so it looks like they’re getting the food on time. Every time. I get annoyed and say I won’t go there any more....why can’t they just cook more to cover their dinner rush? Against my better judgement, I attempted to order food in the drive thru today and ended up pulling out of line. Of course, they didn’t have enough of what I ordered. The girl taking my order tried to discourage me from ordering it because it would be a 5-minute wait. First of all, my kids like what they like and I’m going to bring it home for them. But there were 4 cars ahead of me...I’m going to be waiting 5 minutes, anyway. Then the girl tells me my total is $10 less than what is should be, so she couldn’t even ring it up right. When I corrected my order, she started laughing and was a smartass. That’s when I told her to forget it and left. Read moreOrdered through the app, the drive-thru claimed there wasn’t a mobile order, I provided the address from which I ordered, and was told that they didn’t have some of the items I ordered. (It seemed like she was trying to avoid making the order entirely by claiming it wasn’t received, but whatever.) Asked them to cancel the order and get a refund. I was told they couldn’t do it from their end, and that I’d have to go through there website (probably more laziness and apathy on their end). The site/app wasn’t helpful. Called support, still on hold as I type up this review. I’m awaiting a refund, and until I receive one, I won’t be eating at any KFC.
Update: The a**holes did a “courtesy disconnect” (hung up) while I was still on hold after waiting 20 minutes. So now, I won’t be eating at KFC anymore at all.
Update 2: I received an email from KFC to take a customer survey for how I enjoyed my food (ya know, the food I never got), so this is clearly company doesn’t care. And it reinforces my belief that I was charged for the order they couldn’t provide, so I’ll be contacting corporate (assuming I don’t get disconnected from that...
