Few months ago my husband and I were shopping for a good matrass, because of my husband’s back pain. We visited all big stores, which specialize in mattresses and got really confused. In every store they would talk highly about different mattresses and we were not able to compare apple to apple. While driving on the way home through Plymouth Road, we noticed a Mattress Wholesale Store and my husband suggested to check it out. How lucky I feel now that without arguing I agreed to do that! The store is very clean and we were met by a very friendly salesperson Matthew. I told him right away about our confusion and he kindly took his time to explain to us about Mattress market: how smartly to shop while knowing what you are looking for. We have learnt so much about different mattress depending on if you are a stomach, back or side sleeper; about warranties and about deterioration and that by the end of the day you get what you have paid for and the value is what you get. We ended up buying our mattress that day. The delivery was on time and with care. We are very happy with our purchase, but more with the customer service. We just bought a new mattress and box spring and had it delivered the next day. Very satisfied not only with the mattress & box spring, but with the whole process. We decided to stop in and check it out when we needed a new mattress. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Rob was a pleasure to deal with, (sorry Matt, looks like you have gotten a lot of good reviews lately, so now it's Rob's turn). He deserves a nice raise or bonus, if not both.
