I had a bad experience here and sent an email, no reply after two weeks. We placed an order via the App and when our drinks were ready they went strait to the fridge, nobody called my name so we continued to wait. After twenty minutes I asked if our order was ready and they grabbed it from the fridge, now with no time left to hang around we took it to the car and gave it a little shake (as you do when the bubbles have been sitting and sticking to the bottom) and the sealed plastic lid came right off and there was kiwi, yogurt and bubbles all over my new car and myself! When I walked back in to clean myself up there were no paper towels in the restroom and none at the counter, I approached an employee who could clearly see I was covered in it and when I told her what happened she said “there’s some napkins on the trash can” I used more than 100 napkins before we left, got no replacement drink and then went home and spent the remainder of my Saturday cleaning my new car.

Okay, listen...the service and atmosphere is so nice, I have to give it 5 stars even though the bubble tea is 3 stars flavor-wise.

I ordered the 0% sugar bubble tea with no toppings. I had bubble tea in Rochester last week and ordered the 0% and it was phenomenal. Compared to that, this was watery and had the artificial sweetener aftertaste. One day, I may try the standard sugar and then I can update my review. But for those watching their sugar... umm... maybe come for the atmosphere and consider budgeting your weekly sugar to allow for a sugary drink here.

This is the worst place I have ever been to.. They are liars and play games with the customers. The employees lie to the customers. If you want to get service for what your paying for. Stay far away from this place. For over 6 weeks people contact the owner they never reply. Worst place ever. It I could give a score lower than a 1 I would most definitely. They can't even prove communication between customer and staff. Worst place run run run as far as possible. Don't waste your time and money with this day and time. When service is everything in there field of work. I do not recommend this place as a trustworthy and knowledgeable place to...
