I come to this firehouse Subs all of the time and I have never had a bad experience super easy pick up food is always hot and delicious and service is usually great. Now today was definitely different far from the outstanding service we usually get. start of me placing a pick up order over the phone, I spoke to JILL From the jump on the phone, I automatically knew it wasn’t the regular people that always answer the phone. She was highly disrespectful. She told me to begin my order and as I started, she’s like “wait a minute wait a minute.” I proceeded to go pick up my order and I got two medium meals. She gave me two small cups. I asked for the medium cups because that’s what comes with my medium meal and she says small cups. Come with everything that’s not a big issue but it’s the way she delivered it.PURE ATTITUDE. She was highly rude And had a huge attitude. I continue to make my drinks while my girlfriend stands at the counter, waiting to pay. She’s yelling saying “you still need to pay” “you still need to pay.” A gentleman right after me had the same issue about the cups and she was just very rude and she’s talking to her other employees waving her hand and rolling her eyes as he’s ordering just with irritation no professionalism and this has never happened to me before I just couldn’t believe the service I was delivered at my regular store if this is how the store is being ran now. I guess I will have to find a new location. Read moreWe visited Firehouse Subs on August 25, 2023 about 6PM. There was one person before us when we placed our order for 1 large Firehouse steak and cheese and a medium spicy canjun chicken. About 5 others came in after us and received their meals and left. One customer, Randy, came back in after about 5 minutes and said his order was wrong. After the long wait I went up there and asked where mine was. After much searching they came over and showed me a ticket and asked if it was mine. The food was correct but the name Randy was on the ticket. They tried to give me the food that was returned by Randy that he took outside and then brought back in. I told them I did not was food that left the building with someone else. They then placed my ticket at the end of the line. After 25 minutes I asked how much longer and I was told 5-10 minutes because there were others ahead of me. I replied that they messed up and I should have had mine replaced quickly. Read moreMarch 2024 - All I can say is Wow!, and not in a good way. I hadn't been to Firehouse subs in a while. Shrinkflation in full effect here for sure. I ordered a medium hook and ladder sub. When I opened the container, I couldn't believe how small the sandwich was for over $9. The last time I ordered this sub, it seemed to have been about 50% larger. Additionally, the toppings seemed less, as evidenced by having to each too many bites of mostly bread without meat or toppings. I'll still rate the taste of the sub as good, barely, despite seemingly less toppings and more bread; but, I just can't in good conscience return and pay for this same product again. The people serving were actually courteous and freindly. I know it's not their fault they're trained to put the screws to you, but I find the overall product being served as part of the service experience; hence, just the 3 star...
