I couldn't believe the level of service and the food that we received at this location.
We ordered salmon patties and rice and the salmon patties were deep fried instead of on the griddle and the patties were deformed in shape🤔.. and it wasn't a patty at all... and the pancakes were over cooked.... and when they tried to redo the order of pancakes they brought them back undercooked🤦🏽♀️ so we expressed these concerns with our waitress and her nonchalant demeanor was just unacceptable, so we reached to another waitress for some assistance and she took the meals back to the owner/cook and .... guess what .. he gave us supposedly a discount on the meal , the discount amounted to... $0.10. He gave us 10 cents off the meal!
Horrible! Shame on the Owner of this Location!!!
You need to be in the Hall of SHAME for such service.
TO THE OWNER: PANCAKES/ WAFFLES IT'S ALL THE SAME.... YOU OVERCOOKED AND THEN YOU UNDER COOKED! EITHER WAY, THE UNDER COOKED FOOD WAS RETURNED BACK TO YOUR KITCHEN! AND ONLY ONE DEFORMED DEEP FRIED OVERCOOKED SALMON PATTY WAS EATEN THE REST OF IT WAS RETURNTO YOUR KITCHEN. AND WE NEVER EXCHANGED THE SALMON PATTIES. ONCE WE SENT IT BACK, THAT WAS THAT. I STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT REFLECTING ONLY .10 CENTS WAS TAKEN OFF THE BILL!!!!!
SOO APPARENTLY WHAT I'M SAYING IS TRUE BECAUSE YOU JUST ADMITTED TO SEEING THE HORRIBLE JOB YOU DID AT COOKING OUR MEAL.
IT WAS RETURNED UNSATISFACTORY.
JUST ACCEPT IT AND DO BETTER THE NEXT TIME!!
*IT YOUR FIRST RESPONSE YOU'VE ALREADY ACKNOWLEDGED THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE FOOD BECAUSE YOU ADMIT THAT TO THE HORRIBLELY PREPARED MEALS WERE RETURNED BACK TO YOUR KITCHEN! NO ONE ATE 98% OF A DISSATISFIED MEAL! THEN YOU DIDN'T EVEN MAKE RIGHT ON THE POOR FOOD BY ONLY OFFERING A 5% DISCOUNT! ASK THE BLACK FEMALE WAITRESS!
INSTEAD OF TRYING TO DEFEND YOUR ERROR.... MAKE THE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS AND DO BETTER!

Purchased a $21 plus meal, chicken & shrimp with noodles & alfredo sauce to go, due to the restaurant was closing for the day could not return & found upon getting home something was off with sauce. Requested to speak with Medi, male associated owner several times in person. He avoided me... has not offered an apology & has not offered or willing to make it right by either offering a refund or on the house as a remake when meal is back on the menu. He's handled quite unprofessionally.... I've recommended people to this establishment & will not any longer. I do not believe the mother (actual owner) would have handled it this way. Needless to say, disappointed... that's it, that's all, I will not be returning. I expressed dissatisfaction of dish not made as ordered, (like when cook or you seasoned salmon croquettes with cayenne pepper not paprika) therefore I don't complain but expect food be fixed correctly the first time & there would not be a need to send it back. Could it also be that because the cooks change like a revolving door... I've been coming to this establishment for some time, if there were no satisfying me, I would not have come back because we're human & subject to error, hence mistakes & you're being overly sensitive. Attitude is everything & needs adjusting otherwise the business will not make it! You are not sorry, if you were, it would have been handled...

I ordered a chicken fingers pita and it came out without the ranch and the chicken was burned and completely dried out and my son did not receive jelly for his toast. When I told the waitress that we were missing ranch and jelly, and my chicken was burned she frowned, rolled her eyes, and stated " I'll bring you ranch and jelly." No offer to remake or apology. I tried dousing it in ranch and it was still inedible. I told her such and she said she'd have to ask the cook if he'd be willing to remake it. No apologies or anything. Luckily the cook was willing to make it again. My 5 yr old spilled his water and she seemed totally bothered to bring me a few napkins to clean it up.
