The only reason that this location does any business in my opinion is that Locust has a very limited selection of fast food restaurants. Unless I want to eat at McDonald's or Hardee's, all the time then this is it.
We normally go in at off peak hours and the place is generally clean but there are usually a few tables that need to be wiped clean. The staff do the minimum it takes to be polite. You MIGHT, on a good day, actually have someone smile at you when they welcome you. My belief is that this comes from the management down. The managers may take care of a wrong order but you'll never get a warm greeting and I don't know that I've ever gotten an apology. You'll never feel like a valued customer if that's important to you.
The trouble is that this place CONSTANTLY gets your order wrong and it's not just me. I've seen countless people take their food back up to the counter because it's wrong. This food goes in the trash so I don't see how their bottom line doesn't suffer and someone higher up doesn't catch on. I rarely have this problem at any other Wendy's
And for the record, I eat my cheeseburger plain and my kids get a junior bacon cheeseburger, pickles only. HOW do you eff that up??? But yet, just the other day, AGAIN, 2 out of 3 sandwiches were wrong! The managers will turn around and scowl at you and the rest of the staff look at you like you're about to throw a tantrum. That tells me that they've screwed up so many orders and have made so many customers mad that they expect someone to blow up.
Oh, and if you go through the drive-thru and don't check every single sandwich before you leave the parking lot, you can almost guarantee something's going to be wrong. You can bet...
Read moreI placed an order through their app for pickup. In the app, there was an option to purchase boo books. I ordered two. Once it was my turn at the window to pick up my order, one person, I don't know his name, handed me three drinks. (Not in a drink holder) Another person (Sarah on Apron) handed me my bag of food. She stated we don't have boo books. I said okay. She closed the window. I was still missing two additional drinks. She opened the window back up and I asked for a refund for the books and my two drinks. Finally, she handed me $2 in cash and my receipt and then my drinks. She closed the window. I still sat there because I had two children in the backseat that now had drinks and no straws. So when she opened the window again, I asked for straws. This seems petty, but there was not anything pleasant about this experience other than the beautiful day it was outside. No, I'm sorry, or thank you, or have a nice day! No smile or welcome. We frequent this location, and this was the first terrible customer service experience we've had. If someone is having a bad day, I'd hope you could move them to another area where they are not customer facing. If I had this experience, how many others experienced the bad...

Ordered $30 worth of food from Wendy’s for dinner this evening. One of those items being chicken nuggets. The older lady who was helping me said “would you like any dipping sauce” to which I responded “yes please, I’ll take 2 ranch and 2 ghost pepper ranch.”
She then says “I’ll give you one of each”
I say “oh I don’t mind to pay for them, I just use a lot of sauce.” She responds “I have no way to charge you for the sauce.”
Well now I’m confused. If Wendy’s had an issue with it then I would imagine they would just charge you more once you requested more than what “comes” with your entree?
I was a little baffled when after all of this I opened my bag to you guessed it.. 2 sauces. lol
I asked for an additional sauce and she said “we really can’t be giving these out like this. We run out of them if we do.” I didn’t say anything in response to this comment.
If it’s a money thing.. charge me for it. If it’s an inventory thing.. order more? Felt more like an employee abusing their “power” to enforce non existent rules.
P.S. the young lady that served me my food was super nice and very hospitable. It was just the older employee that...
