I would never go to Walgreens on 20 arnot pl Lodi nj 07644 ever again! The supervisor MEL was very nasty and rude when I came to pick up my order. They didn’t do my substitutions I choose for my in store pick up order. She told me her employee didn’t do my substitute item and she didn’t know why and that it was nothing she could do. I order in store pick up all the time at different locations and they honor the substitutions for the same price. I told her this and she kept telling me it’s nothing she can do even tho it’s not my fault. I had to call corporate and made a report because she was straight lying. I commend corporate for the fast response and communication to the store because by the time I got there to pick up the order she was on the phone with the manager and he must of been telling her to honor my substitution for the item they said they didn’t have. I hope this location goes out of business and nobody spends their money there because it’s a big inconvenience! I had to go that’s why I did store pickup to make it faster and it took 30 plus minutes to get my order! All because of the girl MEL !! SHE DOESNT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ON STORE PICK UP ORDERS! She caused me to miss my appointment because I was late !    Read moreDO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID TEST! I went here because I came into contact with someone that tested positive. As a precaution I also went to be tested so that I could see family. The girl at the window obviously had no clue what she was doing. We were never given the paperwork that we’re supposed to receive when you complete the test to view your results. I called and got the number from someone I spoke with on the phone who said oh I’m sorry you didn’t receive paperwork, you were supposed to here’s your number. I thanked him and went on the website. When I logged on it said, “missing label on specimen tube. No results available due to sample cancellation”. I called again and they had no response other then there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Someone did not do their part and needs to be held accountable especially with times like this! They were kind enough to inform me they are charging my insurance company despite having no results. I should come in again to be retested, but that will cost my insurance again as well.    Read moreI have picked up things for others at this location. There's nothing above average that stands out to me. The drive through is the only appealing thing to me about any pharmacy. However, I recently broke my knee and once again decided to use the drive through to drop off my Rx's on the way home from hospital. The drive through operator did a favor for me to avoid me walking in the store and set up my account from the drive through window and told me to return in 2 hours. We returned in 3 hours. They filled 3 out of 4 Rx's and informed me that all was in bag including unfilled Rx. When I got home the 4th Rx was nowhere to be found. So in short they lost it. Luckily it wasn't critical for me to have that night. So I give 1 🌟 for having drive through, and 1 🌟 for the favor of saving me walk inside.
