Went to this Arby's for the first time. We just moved to the area. Will never go there again. Spent 35.00 in dinner. Got home with 2 brisket sandwichs instead of the RIB sandwiches that I ordered. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Mika i believe. She was very nice and she gave me a couple of options. Told me I could keep the sandwiches and I could pick up new ones. I said I'll do that but I was unhappy about having to go through this. I get to the store and this other manager named Carrie proceeded to tell me that ok I get it you're not happy but we make mistakes we have 2 rib sandwiches. We're doing you a courtesy by exchange. The sandwiches no questions asked. You don't even have a receipt...I don't even know if you are indeed our customer. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability. No attempt to make it right. She really instigated and I feel like she provoked there argument. No one else there acted like that. I never playe ther race card but I really believe that the fact that I am a Hispanic woman played a huge part in this. I told her that I never yell at service people but then she accused me off yelling at her but her tone and her attitude she was looking for an argument. She was a total Karen. I wonder if she's like this with all of her customers or just Hispanic ones. I told her that she lacks customer service skills to which she responded... really because lots of people have given me props for my customer service....
Read moreThere’s actually nowhere to begin- the experience was just awful. We were there an hour before dinner rush so we could get the food ordered and head to Hyrum where we took dinner to seven people at an assisted living center who enjoy Arby’s once a week or used to enjoy Arby’s once a week. We’ve had a few hit misses over the last six weeks but this by far was the worst. It took forever to get our food I waited with insulated bags in the lobby because the drive-through wait is even worse. They would have me one bag it would be two or three minutes before another bag came through when I ordered my food the cashier even yelled back chicken so they would start chicken early or mozzarella sticks meaning they needed to go in the fryer immediately- I’m assuming. Several opened and closed bags while they try to figure out who’s food was who’s ?? Honestly is was so unorganized. And why do they have to dispense the shakes first thing ? they sat there and melted for the whole 20 minutes while cooking the order. I did complained and still they did not offer to remake them. Finally I thought I had my whole order- walked out with my over melted shakes only to arrive 12 minutes later and Hyrum missing food. Cold fries. smash sandwiches, melted shakes- and no ranch. For many hungry seniors so...
Read moreI prefer the North store over this one by Carl's Jr. (south end). This store constantly doesn't smell good inside. It's a different gross smell every day, too. The employees are nice, but they mess up orders. One day, I ordered a total of 4 sliders. 3 jalapeño and 1 Buffalo chicken. I ended up with 20. I did pay for 20, but I didn't order 20 and didn't realize the price was wrong because the price of the sliders is not visible. (I was also ready to get home, so I wasn't paying too much attention to the price) We've also gotten very undercooked chicken (like it wasn't even cooked), and nothing was done to compensate. Another day, I went to pick up an order, and their system was down. They couldn't even take orders, let alone receive orders online. Was told to make the customer cancel their order. But a while before that, their system was down and all I had to do was show them the online order from my phone, and they wrote it down, with the price, and then made the order. This leads me to believe they lie and purposely mess up orders. I wouldn't even be sad if it were to shut down on the south end. I'd actually prefer it. North end and Smithfield have been great, and they don't stink inside. Idk what the south store is using to clean with, but it doesn't...
