ZAGG Cache Valley — Local services in Logan

Had two screen protectors break in the last two weeks. Both times the phone was in my wife’s pocket, no impact occurred. The replacements are $10 each, so now I’ve paid 70 for 3 phone screens, two of which broke. Zagg screen protectors have been a huge waste of money for us. Just get some reasonably priced ones elsewhere and get the little tray to install them with, you’ll never surpass the initial expense of a zagg screen protector.

Little update on our zagg experience. My entire family got zagg screenprotectors when we upgraded our phones in November. Within a month, 5 of the 6 upgraded phones had broken screen protectors, and one had two broken screen protectors. Not one of us has had a screen protector break in the last several years. Replaced the zagg protectors with another brand, and we're on 2 months going strong with no breakages. It sure seems like zagg screen protectors are meant to shatter quickly and easily so they can get you back in for that sweet $10 replacement fee. Do yourself a favor and...

Dishonest, liar, and a cheat. Horrible customer service. Ryan snapped my wife's iPhone case in half while twisting it not in an effort to remove it. He was just fiddling with it, and even let out a "oops!" when he did so. 10 minutes later when I went in and asked him about it he gave me a smirk and said, "I didn't break your case" you've got a crappy case, and made no effort to offer any reasonable compensation. He snidely said I could buy a new case off the rack and that he would take a dollar or two off, but flat out denied damaging it at all.

Before he snapped it he questioned my wife up and down about the Zagg shield that was being replaced was actually a Zagg shield. I understand that you need to make sure, but even after she showed him her receipt, he still was reluctant and made her feel like a liar.

Bottom line, don't go there unless you want to have your integrity questioned, your stuff broken, and be lied to straight...

I've been to 3 different zagg stores and none of them are good like this one in Logan . Every place I went to did half ass jobs and I always was walking out with bubbles on my screen and all the edges are lifted and they all said the same thing to me . " That should go away and seal down " . And sadly never was true . Till I drove all the way to Logan and they did my screen perfect and didn't let me walk out till all bubbles was gone and everything was flat on the screen and even used a blow dryer to speed the process up so sealed before I even left. I will always make the drive to Logan for my phones and iPads. They worth every penny and more . No other zagg place dose what these guys did for me...
