Laan Thai South Logan — Restaurant in Logan

Laan Thai has always been one of our go to spots for tasty Thai food, the flavors are consistently delicious and satisfying. However, during our recent visit, we noticed a few things that were disappointing. The prices have gone up, yet the portions / the actual contents seem smaller than before. While the food still tastes great, the value feels less than it used to.

Another concern is the cleanliness of the dining area. The floor was noticeably dirty, and the tables and chairs felt a bit greasy, which took away from the overall dining experience.

We still appreciate the flavors Laan Thai offers, but we hope the restaurant will address the portion sizes and cleanliness to bring the experience back to the level we’ve enjoyed...

1 of the 4 items we ordered was good. Steak dish was supposed to be ribeye but was all Gristle. Ordered steak medium rare, came out like leather, server didn't seem to care when being addressed regarding the quality of the dish. Kitchen staff need to learn to cut with the grain of the meat.

There was a blue string in the rice. The picture is day two take home from the south Logan location. Broke up the rice and found the string.

Asked for service, and staff seemed more concerned with loitering by the reception counter in front. We would not recommend the south Logan-Laan Thai location, they don't seem to care, food quality and service needs to improve.

Laan Thai is a very comfortable place to eat. That's simple nice interior with low lighting a nice Thai stule decorations. The staff was very friendly and easy to interact with. The food impressed me as very high quality, and the flavors were excellent. I was very impressed with the presentation and everything was cooked perfectly. I really liked all the different flavors of vegetables made sauce egg rolls, etc. I would definitely come back here again. This is not a bargain Thai...
