4 times this month I have pulled up and granted it was 10 minutes or less before close (but all I was getting was tacos) and they shut off their lights or turn on their automated message at the drive thru before its officially their close time. This time they had a car in the drive thru and their automated message said they were closed. So I pulled forward to see what the deal was and the girl handed them a bag of food. I pulled up and she promptly told me she was out of everything. Which baffles me how they wouldn't have anything at all... as I communicated she still had a car and that their close wasn't for a few minutes later and this has happened several times, she changed her excuse to "it automatically closes five minutes early" which isnt true because I've successfully ordered there several times in the past. I work fast food in management and know the policies most places carry. When she gave me the response which was obviously made up I calmly replied "ok well I'm going to take this up with corporate", to which she turned her body, said "whatever" and closed the window all at the same time. Which is extremely unprofessional when someone is voicing their concerns with your practices that are obviously against policy, especially when said individual is doing so calmly and politely. Their food has always been decent and they are generally fantastic but this new night shift is absolutely too much to deal with and until I talk to the gm and possibly corporate, they have lost me...
Read moreI'm a big taco bell fan so it hurts to give this 2 stars. I had never been to this particular Taco bell before. Upon walking in I waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then as I going to walk out I caught on to the 2 tablets behind me. So I guess this location doesn't take your order at the counter? It's tablet orders only I guess? I could understand this type of service during the pandemic but it the experience felt very dystopian. Maybe have somebody come up front to let customers know that you have to order only on the tablets...Or a sign? Because my whole life I've been ordering with an actual person. Anyway, I had my mother with me at the time and she was just getting frustrated because she's not a computer person. So after taking another 10 minutes to sort all that. We got our food. Which tasted like it had been out for a while, we ordered bean burritos with no onions...even with ordering on a tablet, they still put them in our burritos. Frustrated Overall It took a lot longer than it needed to get our lunch, the location felt empty and soulless without any staff around, all the tables were dirty and they still got the order wrong....
Read moreHonestly I don't expect much when I go to taco bell but this was by far the best service I have ever had at one. I placed my mobile order maybe 3? Minutes before arriving because I don't like staring at the menu trying to decide what I want with people waiting. When I got there there were 2 cars a head of me and I was in drive thru for less than a minute and a half. The worker at the window was extremely friendly. When I got back to work to eat I was expecting what you typically get from taco bell, but no. I always put 10 sauces on my mobile orders because they're normally forgotten or I get 2 and they specifically gave me 10 as well as remembered my fork for potatoes. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and I was honestly surprised because I've never not had at least 1 burned. Usually my food is lacking but both my 5 layer burrito and crunchwrap were made PERFECTLY. I'd also like to add they remembered to give me napkins when I forgot to even ask. Definitely new...
