I don’t usually give five-star reviews. But this one is well deserved and a long time coming. I’ve been to Chick-fil-A a lot. And while I do feel very passionately about their stellar salads, Chick-fil-A sauce (which I could bathe in and still feel good about myself), lemonade, pickles, and the deluxe chicken sandwich very little compares with the quality of service that they deliver.
I always leave Chick-fil-A in a better mood than when I came. In all of my 12 years of consistent patronage of the Logan, Utah Chick-fil-A I have had nothing but excellent customer service experiences. I don’t know a human being with that much consistency and dependability, let alone a restaurant.
During One pregnancy I Craved Chick-fil-A And would visit at least once a week. The manager would see my car and already have my order put in by the time I pulled up. He literally knew what I wanted. There’s nowhere else that I’ve been that can read a pregnant woman’s mind like that. Chick-fil-A blessed my heart and that pregnancy.
I usually use the drive-through. It can be backed up across the parking lot and I can be out of that line in under eight minutes with several kids meals and my perfect chicken sandwich. It’s incredible. When I have dined-in, the establishment is incredibly clean. The line moves quickly. I get my order in a timely manner. Even the children’s play place is clean and doesn’t smell like feet or pee (very important). Once my kid threw up everywhere in a highchair and on the floor and on the table. it was during lunch rush and all of the customers were staring at me. I was really embarrassed. I started crying because it was way too much puke to clean up with wet wipes or napkins (how did a one-year-old have that much barf in their tiny stomach?!). Without asking, an employee came over and cleaned up the Excessive Amount of vomit like a champion. She was so nice and didn’t make me feel bad at all. It’s like their employees are bred to be decent human beings. I am not certain how they accomplish that level of Customer Service so consistently day after day, delicious chicken sandwich after delicious chicken sandwich, but they do! I feel like our government should be taking notes.
I’ve been to other Chick-fil-A‘s and had great experiences, but not nearly as consistently as Logan, Utah’s Chick-fil-A. If every doctor's Office, University, marriage, and judicial system ran the way that Logan, Utah Chick-fil-A runs their restaurant I am certain that many of the world’s problems would be solved. The world is a better place because of Chick-fil-A. I look forward to being a lifetime customer because every visit truly is...
Read moreThis Chick-Fil-a has really gone downhill over the past year. I've been three times over the past 2 weeks and each time I've had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. Which I totally understand because I've gone during peak times such as noon and 6pm. However, in the past I never had to wait more that 8 minutes during rush times. I've tried to mobile order, drive thru and ordering inside all with the same 20 minute wait over the 2 weeks. When the food does come it's luke warm or the wrong items are in my order.
Last night they only had three people at the register, and two people running orders in the dinning orders. The line was quite literally out the front door, and the lobby packed. It was insane! You would have thought you were in a mosh pit for a Celine Dion concert.
To make matters worse my wifes mobile order somehow got sent to a Chick-Fil-a in West Jordan nearly an 1.5 hour away. I thought you had to be in proximity of the store in order for the order to get started. Obviously that the issues with the app aren't this stores fault. However, there were no management present that we could talk with to see if they could refund the order or help us out. I thought about just reordering the order but the line was so dang long and slow moving that we decided to leave. So my wife left without her chicken, which is a never a good day for a husband.
Overall I love Chick-fil-a, it just seems like this restaurant has lower standards than other Chick-fil-a's and they don't really seem to care because they know the nearest Chick-fil-a is an hour away, so they don't really have much competition. Which is probably why they also have far less marketing and community involvement than stores in SLC.
I'm not sure if they've changed management in the past year or what, but this place is slowly...
Read moreChick-fil a was pretty good I got the 8 piece chicken nuggets, there are only a couple of things that I didn't really like about this and one of them was it was expensive, I was expecting it to be a little cheaper than it was. Another thing is the chicken nuggets are really small, if you're expecting the size of Mcdonald's chicken nuggets, no they are way smaller than that. They do have really good customer service, they were happy and had smiles on, they would also do anything you asked them which is really nice to have good customer service cause when they don't it makes the rating go down a lot. These chicken nuggets are nothing like mcdonalds chicken nuggets they are definitely not as fake or artificial they definitely taste more like actual chicken then mcdonalds. They also have waffle fries and they were pretty good. I would recommend going here but if you are going to get the chicken nuggets it is a way better deal to get the 30 count tray thingy. This is the first time I have been here and everyone has said that it’s all this and all that, so I thought it was a little overrated, but they did have really good sauces they have like 7 different ones, they have Garlic & Herb Ranch, Sweet & Spicy Sriracha, Polynesian, Zesty Buffalo, Barbeque Honey Mustard and Chick-fil-A sauce. It is really nice to have lots of sauces cause I cannot have chicken nuggets without sauce and being able to pick from a wide variety. Would I go again? I would definitely go again, I might get something different like a chicken sandwich they have a lot of different selections for those. They also have so many different...
