Sierra — Local services in Logan

First time in the store looking for a backpack as a Christmas present. Never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance, but I was followed around the store by people who I presume were part of the asset protection/ loss prevention team. The next day my girlfriend wants to go have a look and see what all they have to offer (it being a relatively new store in the Logan area) and again I've got somebody "covertly" keeping an eye on us and pretending to shop. Both visits I purchased items, and so did my partner on the second visit. I know people have jobs to do, but not everyone is out to steal your wares. Maybe it was somebody that wanted to ask me out, but just couldn't work up the courage. I can't say I'll be back in, and will probably recommend that others avoid the store...

I like what this store has to offer but the staff aren't very helpful. I was looking to buy to kid's snowboarding helmets and noticed the price tag was very different for two of the of the same brand of helmets. When I asked they said that there was nothing they could do about the prices, when I looked closer at the descriptions I noticed one had the wrong description and was obviously mislabeled. I will now be looking at all the labels to make sure they aren't mislabeled before purchasing. One helmet was $49 the other same exact one was...

Do NOT go to this store 30 minutes before closing they'll start cleaning up way before and just stare you down while you shop, the moment I walked in I got angry looks the whole time I was shopping I was stared and making me feel rushed and uncomfortable instead of the workers doing something productive they closed the doors as soon as we walked out didn't even say have a good day nothing just upset we left before 9:30. I'm used to being rushed as a mom but I didn't expect it...
