Wow! Today is the last day I will get food from here! I stopped in to this location for some lunch, and I was absolutely appalled by the rudeness of the staff. I walk in and walk up to the service counter to place my order. Waited a few seconds before one of the staff came to take my order. The girl who rang me up had a very condescending tone of voice and a fairly unpleasant attitude. It felt like a "hurry up and order" attitude. I hadn't been in for a while and kind of forgot what they had on their menu, so it took me a minute to order my food. As I was trying to remember what they had, I could just feel her giving me dirty looks as I placed my order to go.
At this point, there is no way I'm tipping. Tipping isn't mandatory. It literally is giving a little bit of extra money to someone who does a good job. I personally felt that this girl had done a pretty crummy job on customer service. I clicked no tip on the IPad and again felt like I was getting dirty looks.
I got my order a couple of minutes later. Since I was taking this home to eat it, I politely asked for a plastic bag to put my food in. The same girl looked at me like I was stupid and handed me a bag. I left directly after.
I've worked in a lot of customer service jobs, including restaurants. I know they can be tough sometimes, but this is a pretty pathetic way to treat a customer. This experience left quite a bad taste in my mouth, I will not ever be returning to...

We embarked on an epic journey to Cupbop, braving the long trek with dreams of saucy, flavorful goodness dancing in our heads. Our anticipation was high, our hunger even higher. But alas, upon our return home, we opened our prized meals only to find… a tragic lack of sauce. The disappointment in our house was palpable—our two kids looked at us like we had personally betrayed them.
But we pressed on, determined to enjoy our feast. That is, until we took a bite of the meat. Ever chewed on a leather boot? We haven’t either, but we imagine it would be softer than what we encountered. At one point, we considered repurposing the meat as a teething toy for our youngest.
In a desperate attempt to salvage our meal, we whipped up our own sauce, transforming our kitchen into an impromptu KBBQ lab. It helped, but the scars of our dry, chewy experience remain.
Moral of the story: If you dare venture to Cupbop, do yourself a favor—check your sauce and test the meat before you leave. Otherwise, you might find yourself on an unexpected cooking adventure like we did. It may be a while before we attempt another...
Read moreHello everyone!! Tonight was my first time trying Cupbop.🤪Man oh man the flavor coming from this little slice of heaven of a store was banging! Watch out Panda 🐼 you got yourselves some competition. The family and I ordered to go. The time however felt like we were dinning in. Beware of Friday night because this place felt like a Black Friday sale. Everyone trying to get them goods. Took us 35 minutes to walk away with the goodies. My wife said it was busy with call in orders, and door dash. Dont forget the other small crowd of hungry beasts waiting to get their paws on them goods. So plan ahead specially if you have little whipper snappers of your own. Portions at this place are big. Lot of carbs in these cups. So beware if you watch that sort of thing. By the way the heat coming from the variety of sauce is astounding, and 🔥🔥. I choose the mild which was rated 5 and was still a little hot. Wife had 7.5 and let’s just say she is saving the other half for tomorrow. 🙃 All in all great place to eat. I’d give 4.8 if I could due to long wait. Oh yeah all the protein I’ve tried in the picture...
