Currently in the middle of a remodel and visited the Logan store Sunday to buy flooring and cabinets , we couldnât get any help with flooring so we decided weâd get our cabinets. Asked a guy to help us , after 30 minutes of waiting we left. We went to Loweâs and ordered flooring at $6,000! Decided Monday Iâd get on and order the cabinets online and pick up at Home Depot..online said they were out of stock (I knew they werenât because they were available Sunday) so I took my big 24â trailer down Tuesday to try again to get cabinets! Same story 30 minutes later I finally got help. I got 3 60â cabinets , 12 sheets of paneling, a ceiling fan, paint , and a bunch of 1x10x12s . I paid and then I asked if there was anyone to help me load! My husband wasnât with me today to help. The pro loader was busy helping someone else so I told the cashier I was out at the end of the parking lot with an enclosed trailer id wait out there! 30 minutes later a guy pushed my cabinets out to the cart return and stood there! I went and explained they were my cabinets , he was like canât you move closer?? Like the parking lot is full and I have a 24â trailer on I was as close as I could get! I told him I probably couldnât and Iâd help him push the carts closer! He then was like I canât take them any further until I see a receipt! Really??!! I went back to my truck and got my receipt for him ! He then reluctantly pushed one cart over to my trailer I pushed the other. Another guy showed up and they loaded my cabinets not gently either they banged up the freaking doors and corners. Then he took the cart and said have a great day in such a rude tone and there I was left to unload everything else! Paneling in the wind was real fun to load alone when those two 20 year old 200lb guys could have taken 3 more minutes to help me! Iâve never been treated so badly by anyone let alone grown men who thatâs their JOB! Weâve spent $30,000 at Home Depot in the last 2 months and Iâll guarantee Iâll never step foot in the Logan Home...

On October 6 I bought a oven refrigerator and dishwasher. Shortly after they arrived to our home the dishwasher began to have problems not draining during the wash cycle. We called on warranty and they had service man come to our home three different times which took a considerable amount of time between visits. Finally they replaced our dishwasher because they couldnât fix it And it was installed on December 1, nearly 2 months without a dishwasher.
I bought a microwave on November 8 to match the rest of our appliances and the company that Home Depot uses wasnât able to deliver it until December 1st. We had scheduled nov 18th but they called and postponed for December 1st. I paid for an installation of the microwave but when the drivers came they just dropped it off and didnt do the install or hall away old microwave that I had paid for to have taken away. When I called the company that Home Depot uses for deliveries they were coming back to Logan the next day but refused to do the install that day but said they couldnât come back till December 8th. The assistant mgr Will at the delivery company was very defiant and not considerate even though we should have had the install upon delivery.
Have second thoughts buying appliances from Home Depot. The salesman kylee was great but they donât tell you itâs a different company youâll be dealing with that doesnât care about the customer.
I recommend not buying from a big box store that doesnât have their own service man delivery man and installers. Home Depot cant give you great customer service by subbing out these areas. When a problem may arise You will be dealing with third-party companies that are difficult to get in touch with and where you are just a number not a customer. I shouldâve bought local where when they make a mistake they will expedite the problem and try their best to satisfy...
   Read moreI so far haven't had a good experience at home Depot. I went yesterday with my kids to buy some appliances. Just to be left disappointed. So, I signed up for my home Depot card and had it. But when came time for me to pay. The person helping me had no clue what they were doing. At the end I was over charged and had to cancel my order due to the fact that the employee had no clue what to do. So now I am put back from what a wanted to get done. Because know I'm waiting for home Depot to refund my money. So I can restart the process all over again. I think more training is needed when it comes dealing with transaction and applying for credit card based transactions. This experience I have had with home Depot. Has been horrible. I have been battling with them for a week. Due to a home Depot representative messing up my order. And lied and told he didn't one thing and didn't not. So more updates with my home Depot battles. Now I'm missing money from account. Home Depot has decided they are going to make me eat the cost. And I still have a home Depot credit card to pay off. I will not refer anyone to go to home Depot. Because at the end no matter how nice I tried to be about the situation. Knowing Im the one loading and home Depot didn't care. Once I'm done paying by the credit card for home Depot. I will no longer shop there. It's sad home my decision to improve my apartment . And trust home Depot to help me ended with me suffering to get money. I earned working back. So think before you make a decision that can mess up your while week. But this isn't it I am thinking of seek legal action...
