Great experience minus the manager. My boyfriend and I are on the road due to him being a trucker. We do understand a lot is closed for the inside because of the virus. But, we walked up to this location to the manager walking inside the side door and my boyfriend tried to call him to see is we can walk through the drive thru. He blatantly ignore him. We figured fine. So we tried to call and see if the food could be walked out to us. Called twice. No answer. So we just walked around to the window when there weren’t any cars left behind the one at the window. The cashier acted as if she didn’t see us at first but then asked her manager if she can take walk ups. She told us he said no. My boyfriend tried to explain he’s a trucker why won’t they take his order or answer the phones. It’s disrespectful. The manager still told her no and we watched him walk away from what he was doing. She opened the window, said she wasn’t supposed to take our order but because he’s a trucker she will she understands. So she did. She was the sweetest cashier ever and even gave us a free drink for the trouble in the beginning. I apologized for any issues and said have a good night. Read moreI placed an order on the app sitting in the drive thru assuming it would send the order to the Taco Bell I was at. I didn’t live in this town and was visiting friends. Instead it sent my order to the location all the way across town???? So I cancel the order and go inside to place an order. Instead of helping me and asking to take my order, they just stood and looked at me, didn’t say I’m sorry for the confusion, we can help you, we would happy to take your order, NOTHING!!! I work in customer service for a living and if I treated my customers the way I was treated-I wouldn’t have a job for very long. I have used the app now twice and both times I haven’t received my order or any food. I didn’t even get my money back the first time and it was $13 and change. This is the LAST time I will ever visit Taco Bell, with or without an app. Horrible...
Read moreI went through the drive thru today 8/7/2024 I ordered two soft and two hard tacos with only meat. They put cheese on them. I went in to get it corrected and the lady that helped me was great and said I could keep what they messed up and they would get them corrected. The guy who made the tacos got pissed off he had to remake the tacos he messed up and proceeded to bring me the correct ones with a attitude and snatched the bag of the wrong food off the counter in front of me. Needless to say when I asked for his name I was confronted by a supposed manager with a hateful attitude and rude demeanor. Needless to say they will not be getting my business anytime soon. I’m there for every Saturday usually, not anymore and I will be finding out when the GM works and filing a complaint with them.
