McDonald's — Restaurant in Londonderry

Worst McDonlds in a 20mile radius from my home in Londonderry! Even when u ask them to make a filet o fish fresh....they send u out one and u can buy the cheese it was an old reheat because it looked plasticy and the bun was not fresh either. I only picked it, because I was in a hurry and had to meet my uncle's widow's sister at Home Depot o grab and then deliver her puppy for her....I ordered breakfast on the ap...apparently didn't send it...so when I pulled in 5 minutes after the 10:30 cutoff and the ap was still showing me to let them know when I was there....the cashier was very understanding and pleasant when I said it wouldn't let me pay and order for what was in the cart. I very politely asked if there was any way that they could make a couple egg McMuffins and two hash browns and the cashier said let me just ask my manager(very happy to do so)..I heard her as did everyone else in there at the time reply to him in a very snarky! rude! and LOUD manner " NO, the cut off is 10:30!!". The cashier politely told me that he couldn't do it and he was very sorry. He should maybe be the manager, because no manager should be so rude and arrogant in front n h get z uhh uú I'm n,?!nj of multiple customers or just one customer even. Nor should she be so rude to an employee either!! I understand that they couldn't....although the manager should of simply just poked her head out and politely said.." I'm sorry about that Mam, but we have already changed over to lunch. The manager should have poked her head out and just said 'Im sorry about that mam, but the kitchen as already switched over." If the corporation sees this....you will know why the McDonalds with good managers and a more pleasant staff is expected to be bad from a bad taste from another franchise,. Unfair to those that do their job right! Odd but when I go to McDonald's they are either exceptional...

I'll keep it real. I have genuinely never gone out of my to leave a negative review of anywhere, but the service I just received was so astonishingly abysmal that it inspired me to start. Pulled through the drive through with an order of the meal deal on the app. They have me park in space #3 while they finish my order. Sure, I'm no stranger to this, they're probably just keeping the line going. /Twenty/ minutes go by waiting in my car for my order before I get fed up enough to see what's going on. Its 9pm, pretty much the only people here are me, one other car, and another in the drivethrough. The store is completely empty, how could they be taking this long?. As I leave my car, the other patron who was waiting in spot #1 joins me, as he too was waiting even longer than I had. I approach the cashier, a curly haired dude wearing a hi-vis vest looking absolutely checked out and ask where my food is. I can literally see my food in the bag behind him. He asks that I pull up the receipt on the app, and I do before he hands it over. I look inside, no drink cup. "Hey man, doesn't this come with a drink?" I ask. Smugly, the employee replies "I wish." Dude. The 5 dollar meal deal comes with a small drink, what do you mean "I wish?!" I get you probably dont want to be here but get a grip man. After enough convincing he hands me my rightfully purchased cup and I fill my own drink around the corner. (No lids btw) I get home and sit down, no sauce that I selected. I don't think they could have messed up any more than they had. It's genuinely incredible how staggering the difference in quality is between this mcdonalds and every other one. I've been to this place more than a few times and it's generally always pretty dismal, but this time was so bad I actually typed this while eating. Thanks...
