11/11/23. Just returned to Troy's after a long hiatus. We had excellent service, food and a wonderful experience. Great to know the business is thriving and our last experience was a blip.

1/1/21. We have been back to Troy's many times since my 1st post. My wife just picked up a $63 dollar take out order which we left a 15% tip on when we ordered. The place was quite busy when my wife arrived. When it was her turn at the counter, she was ignored until someone said something to the person working the counter. My wife stepped aside and waited for our order to be prepared. When everyone had been waited on and the kitchen staff disappeared, my wife finally went up to the counter where she was greeted like she had just arrived by a different person at the counter. Our order was waiting on the kitchen counter getting cold and not bagged up. My wife arrived home furious and refuses to patronize the establishment again. This is all really unfortunate since the food is fantastic. You only get one chance to give most patrons poor service. Imagine how I felt at having left a 15% tip for such poor service. I wish your kitchen success and hope your staff learns from this mistake.

This local eatery is definitely a go-to for outstanding and flavorful vegan/vegetarian cuisine!! The staff are so friendly and chill. My order, no matter how many customers are in house, is always ready in a timely manner and if there’s even the slightest delay they apologize. I usually call ahead on weekends, and mid-morning on weekdays when it is SUPER busy. One thing I have noticed is that customers tend to hang out and chat at the tables on weekends and there is limited seating (except for at the coffee bar) so it’s difficult to stay and eat at certain times. They do have some outdoor seating that is not often occupied. Anything on the menu can be customized which is so convenient! The smoothies are delicious any time of day but I stop there almost every morning for my Tropical Greens smoothie with an added protein. More energizing than coffee and has helped me reduce my big time coffee habit without feeling deprived. Highly recommend Troy’s as a fresh, delicious, healthy but TASTY option! This was our second time to Troy’s Fresh Kitchen and Juice Bar in Londonderry, NH, and was AWESOME again!!!! Can’t say enough good things about it. The food is so fresh and tasty. I love the crunch on the tofu. Their GF selections are really good. People are super nice. It’s so clean inside. I wish we lived a little closer! You’ll leave fueling full and satisfied 😄🙏. It’s located in a strip mall situation and parking can be a little tricky on weekends, but usually someone is pulling out right as we arrive. My hubby loved the griddled muffin & talked about for ages. He loved his pineapple dish as well. The first time I went I got the curried vege bowl and it was a little spicy for me…like right at the edge of my tolerance, but was very flavorful. This time I got the Mount Olympus salad with added tofu and LOVED it! Can’t wait to go back again. The avocado toast pic was from our first visit. It was good, but needed a little more oomph to be great. If I had any construct input, it would be to have a little condiments area with things like Bragg’s Coconut Aminos, Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast etc. That would...
