When I pulled up to the speaker and they asked me what I wanted I simply asked do you guys have the Mc griddle triple stack here. She asked me me what was that? I said its the McGriddle That has bacon and an extra sausage. Then she said yes we have that. So I said OK I will take that and a large coffee and thats it. So I drove around to pay show my order and I noticed she overcharged me after I gave her my McDonalds app code. She then told me I had to pay extra because they added to meat, I then said oh you guys dont have the triple stack here? she said no. So I said OK Ill get something else, Ill get a sausage Mc griddle with egg and no cheese. She then said its OK dont worry about it Ill remove the added charge I said OK thank you. And then when I pulled up to the next window, this lady handed me my sandwich and my coffee and started yelling at me very rudely and disrespectfully telling Me that she did my order and she told me that she didnt have the triple stack and next time I need to tell her before I do my order that I have a code so she can tell me they dont have that here. I then asked for a manager she said I am the manager and I said was there someone else I can speak to because youre being very rude. She didnt said no you cant speak to anyone else. I asked her for her name she said its on the receipt. Then she shut the window on me and left. So I waited at the window to speak to her again and she started yelling at me some more and being very demeaning and disrespectful. I asked for her name again and after several times of asking she said Nadie which is either short for Nadia or in Spanish means nobody. I I then asked for a card and she said we dont have cards. Ive been asked if I could see her name tag she said she didnt have one. And then asked if she could write her name down for me and she said no. Then I asked for her last name she did not wanna give it to me so I asked for her last initial and she said what do you want my address to. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. I will never go to another McDonalds again. If Im going to get my money whether its a dollar I dont wanna be disrespected...
Read moreI've always use the drive thru at this location and never had an issue. I started using the McDonald's app for orders. I've used the app 4 times at this location. The first time my order was completed in good time. The last three times were a nightmare!All three were never done correctly or took a long time. This last one this morning was appalling. I ordered my breakfast at 9:41am and it wasn't ready until 10:11am!? Is shouldn't take 31 minutes for a breakfast order!!! The order was never made, so I had to wait for it!? This one is closer to my home. I called customer service, not really helpful, never offered a solution? A gift card I believe, which is insulting! I ended up giving it away instead of throwing it in the garbage. I don't normally eat fast food breakfast unless it's a last resort for convenience and fast. For over $8 bucks I can go to Quick Trips and get the something cheaper, tastier, and excellentservice! Their app makes it very convenient. Maybe McDonald's should focus on their employees and not the esthetics of the restaurant. I feel bad because this location is always understaffed. I've lived here 24 years and this location was amazing! Now after the pandemic it went down the toilet! Many customers this morning unfortunately said it's happened to them as well. The owners need to take this seriously. The Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut franchises closed next to McDonald's for various reasons. This is the last fast food restaurant there and they should take advantage of it! Read moreI ordered a big mac and filet o fish with no cheese on the kiosk. The current deal is buy 1 get 1 for a $1. I paid for my order and as I'm waiting a crew member comes to me and says pay and I said "I did pay" here's the recipet. Her English wasn't great so I was patient and understanding because I automatically assumed it was just a misunderstanding. She goes to the register and says pay, "I said I did". Another crew member chimes in, but in Spanish and it didn't appear to be nice towards me. I didnt say anything and I noticed theyre both giving me dirty looks. They both come over and I said here if you look at the receipt everything is paid for then the lady says "you need to pay a $1.00 then and then says you owe $1.28" I asked for what? She said I didn't pay the $1 for the fish sandwich. Which made no sense at all. You cant half pay for the order on any kiosk machine. Long story short they both again started speaking in Spanish and giving me dirty looks. I called over a different team member and he looked at the receipt and said to me, "your stuff was paid for so I'm not sure what's she talking about." Which I already knew but I wanted him to explain that to them. Finally the male manager comes from the back and looks at the receipt and apologized. He said no you did pay the receipt was confusing to them.
