Fratellos Market LBI — Restaurant in Long Beach Township

Usually a good place, but for the first sandwich of the season, really disappointed. I got the Cubano. The pork was 75% fat. What little meat was left was juicy and flavorful but it amounted to just a very small amount after all the fat was removed. Adding to the shortage of meat was a thinly sliced piece of ham. 1 slice. Maybe 10 cents worth of ham. You can get more meat at a Costco free sample station than on this sandwich. Bread is fresh and is suitable for a delicious Cubano, but even the ciabbatta is starving for more, edible meat.

Best Eatery on The Island!!!!!

Every time I go to Fretellos I try to dislike them!! Find one mistake, a single flaw but unfortunately I’m always sadly disappointed. Most restaurants on the island charge insane prices and half the time I’m still hungry after paying an arm and a leg. At Fretellos you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! it’s crazy! Not only do they have the best food but I’m also satisfied after having one of their sandwiches!! Fretellos does it right! Never...

You can always tell a business with owners on the premises vs only part time, apathetic bodies on payroll. Excellent food and service this morning! I’m probably going yo hit “post” on this review and go back for lunch and I’m not even hungry. 😁
