Really nice staff members and a great place to enjoy swimming for the whole family!! Not only do they offer a place to swim that is open to the public 7 days a week, but they also have full showers available to the general public as well so that you can make sure you are nice and clean before getting in the pool and then rinse off all the chlorine that they have to use in pools to disinfect and sanitize the water. The only slight complaints I have is the size of the stalls and showers, the fact that the water for the showers is controlled by a single button that you have to constantly push every 2-3 mins to turn the water back on, and the fact that they have absolutely no wall plugs so there is no way for anyone to dry their hair or anything like that. But like I said, those complaints are really quite miniscule when compared to all the positive benefits of the...
Read moreI went for my first time yesterday and well I was a little disappointed. The staff didn't seem friendly at all, the guy in the box office looked as if he was disgusted with everyone. I even heard other people there mentioning it. Plus I think I was over charged. The water was clean but there wasn't a kiddie pool for the younger ones and they had the pool split in two leaving one large side for lap swim only then leaving lanes up on the other side so people doing laps we're in the way of everyone swimming, And this was supposed to be open swim. The bathrooms are on the outside of the gate, so you have to go all the way around to use them, this would suck if you brought a group of kids. There's no diving board, No area for people to dive. It looked as if all they wanted was for people to do laps. I have never disliked a...

What made the situation worse was her attitude. She was dismissive, rude, and showed zero empathy. Instead of offering even the simplest directions to the nearest restroom, she chose to brush me off. As someone managing a public space, the least she could have done was provide clear instructions or show some courtesy.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by how poorly I was treated. A little compassion and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, neither...
