I had a disappointing experience at. My $50 order was incorrectā€”both drinks were Cokes instead of a Dr Pepper and Coke, and one burger included ingredients I had asked to be removed. Worse, the burger patty was tiny and thin, like a kids' meal. When I called, I was told they were unprepared for a promotion and had to use kids' patties without informing customers. While the staff was polite, the lack of transparency and poor resolution left me unsatisfied.

Spent almost 8 bucks on two bbq chicken sandwiches. Asked for pickles and some mayo. The guy told me there was only bbq sauce and cheese on the sandwich. Get home and they have lettuce , tomato, heavy mayo and no pickles..soggy ... And even had it on my receipt. I called but of course they have they phone set to fax. SMH!

Employees here seem to not mind working until you place an order with more than one item. I live near this location. Therefore, I have visited numerous times, each and every time the older black lady at the drive thru has made it clear that she is miserable. At first approach, she's somewhat upbeat, but once I mention a second combo, I can never place my order without her rudely interrupting and asking, "anything else". I have myself worked fast food before, so I understand how it feels to be on the other end, but there's absolutely no reason for you to have an attitude because a customer placed an order with multiple items? It's literally part of the job, leave the attitude at home or don't work fast food. Also, they never have ranch and continuously fail to put the condiments I request for my...

Iā€™m in disbelief at the actions of the general manager of this store. Before placing my order I went to use the bathroom and she turned off the lights in the middle of me using it. I almost fell and injured myself because I couldnā€™t see since I have trouble seeing in dark lighting but it was pitch black. I went to place my order and I asked the lady why the lights turned off and the general manager then stepped out and said she turned them off because youā€™re supposed to place an order first and because homeless people go in there. This is not ok putting your customers at risk simply for using the restroom. No apology or nothing I canā€™t believe it. This behavior can get people injured and potentially can cause a lawsuit. This is not ok. Will be reaching out...

I'd rather go here first for burgers over any other neighboring spot; unless there is a deal or craving for the other, this is the go to. Burgers are waaaay better in quality and taste compared to everything else around there that serves burgers.

I agree, Carl's is a bit on the pricy side and that's where I draw the line.

This spot is only good in price, if you have coupons. If you're willing to pay that price, you might as well drive up to the other place off Long Beach Blvd. and Spring (Hint Hint, if you didn't get that reference, then google "Burgers near Long Beach Blvd. and Spring"
