Gong cha Long Beach — Restaurant in Long Beach

I recently visited GongCha in Long Beach, and it was such a fun experience! I decided to try their Strawberry Milk Tea, and I loved it. The flavor was perfectly sweet and refreshing, with a nice balance of strawberry and creamy milk. It was served in one of their adorable seasonal gingerbread bottles, which added a cute, festive touch to my drink. The bottle was a fun keepsake, too!

I would give the drink 5/5 The boba 3/5 - The boba was too soft IMO and not enough sweetness

The service was a little short staffed but we did not mind the wait and staff were friendly, and the shop had a cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their seasonal offerings and other drinks....

We have been here quite a few times! I think the staff has changed which I think for the company is bad. I was at this location today and I ordered Crème brûlée strawberry milk tea which costs me like 7.75$ for a large instead the lady who was taking the order made it strawberry milk tea “with” crème brûlée and made the total 8.70$. Since this was my usual order I quickly realized this and asked her to change after which I have seen a drastic difference in her attitude. Great customer service! The girl with light brown hair and tattoo on her arm helped me when I had questions on different flavors. She was super sweet and helpful 😋 I would recommended the brown sugar boba milkshake, it was so bomb! The workers informed me im able to take drinks into the AMC, so I got to enjoy it with my movie!
