Milanas Brooklyn Squares Pizza — Restaurant in Long Beach

It's not every day I let a pizza punch me in the mouth but today I did. This is mind blowing pizza. I tried the pepperoni & honey and the pink square. The pep and honey has so much flavor. The dough a nice crunch. The contrast with the spicy peps and the sweet honey is really something any pizza lover must try. I couldn't get enough. The pink square also took things to the next level. If that wasn't enough I spoke to the owner who informed me the tomatoes are flown in from Napa. There was a lot of flavor in the pizza squares and I could've sat there and eaten all day. But alas, reality calls.

I enjoyed the vibe of this place. Distressed wood, brick and steel. Cool music rounding out the atmosphere.

I found this flavorful pizza oasis in a desert of corporate, franchised, eateries and it was a refreshing change. Do yourself a favor and stop in. I don't wholeheartedly endorse many places but the taste bud explosion here...

Very disappointed. Was really looking forward to trying this pizza. Placed our order online, drove to the location for pickup and the entire restaurant was closed. Not a single light on in the place. My husband waited around for a little bit and someone finally came and opened the doors. They said there was an emergency and they had to close. Could they not also close online ordering at the same time the closed the store? We totally get things happen, there are more important things in life that take priority over pizza but there was no effort to make it up to us or anything. When you have a toddler at home and a sick wife, not the most ideal situation and a total...

I screwed up on my lunch, but hey, even USPS employees screw up! Sweet quiet spot to grab a bite of pie! Cool dude. I definitely recommend, and on my first try. Sure beats Philly's Best where all the guys behind the counter hassle me. And, I'm not exactly high enough on the pay grade level to be driving to Cerritos all the time to get more expensive food. Quality over price though. I'd love to trade in my car or sell it, so I could eat more pizza here. I'm joking. But would be nice. If only we didn't have to go to work, and I wouldn't have to drive a car I literally have had...
