Christopher is def the reason why my family won’t go back. He did not honor a BOGO5 coupon and would not even look at the coupon. Instead he kept on arguing that there has to be a barcode when specifically I was given instructions by customer service line to let the store know once I pick up my online order since there had been on ongoing glitch for specific coupons online. He would not hear it and even with customer service on the line hearing him argue back refused to honor a coupon that was clear on the site and could not work. I’m not a Krispy Kreme member and don’t plan on it. But to argue and not even hear or look at the coupon and why the glitch happened he automatically told me that I didn’t put it on the online order correctly , did not order and place in online cart correctly … had to be a member or reward member to have the coupon honored but he kept saying there is no coupon as such. His coworker saw the coupon and agreed it was actually on the site as stated. He was rude and did not wear his mask at times when talking to close leaning over the counter. He would not let me get the name of the workers who were helpful so I could compliment them. One was Edgar, he was helpful and nice and the females name I could not get from him. I never heard someone fight so hard not to give a deal stated on the site even when I purchased as asked to use the promo and being told by the customer service line to reference. He still argued. And stated if anyone has gmail accounts Krispy Kreme always gives coupons randomly on the email. I never did nor was I member. First wear your mask if your a manager. Second don’t move a customer to the side rudely… also look at the coupon and hear the explanation before snapping back to say NO to a 5 dollar deal… and say thank you or welcome your customers. One person can ruin it on experience. Specifically...

Free doughnut & small coffee/fountain drink coupon
I came here at the worst time. A horde of kids from the YMCA made a trek over to Krispy Kreme, devouring all the doughnut samples before I could grab any for myself and incessantly knocking at the private restroom door while I was relieving myself.
Regardless, Krispy Kreme offers up delicious, albeit overtly sugar-laden, fried doughnuts.
Having partaken of Krispy Kreme's classics, such as the original glazed & chocolate iced glazed, I chose to tread new ground and go for the cake batter doughnut. Now, I don't go for doughnuts very often, as they are what I term "heart attack food", but I do enjoy them when I do. And, the cake batter doughnut I definitely enjoyed. Filled with cake batter Kreme & topped with yellow icing and confetti sprinkles, the cake batter doughnut equaled party time! The doughnut was soft, the yellow icing sweet, and the cake batter Kreme fluffy. I'm proud of myself for only having half & sharing the rest, as I would've felt extremely guilty afterward.
Service was okay. The staff kept the line moving, despite all those rowdy YMCA kids. I asked for my iced coffee with ice on the side, but I was given ice on the side with ice in my coffee. Not what I wanted, but I figured it was free & I didn't want to go bother the staff amidst all those kids. I merely wanted to enjoy my free birthday month treat in peace.
A fair amount of seating, both inside & out. Parking is via a private lot.
Calorie busting gone wild! Krispy Kreme is great on a cheat day. My free doughnut & iced coffee hit the spot on a humid afternoon. The Reese's outrageous chocolate doughnut most assuredly caught my eye and, methinks, thou shalt be back sooner rather than later to snatch one up.

Read moreHonestly, I do want to give a higher review. Krispy Kreme is known for their famous reputation of donuts and ever since I was a kid I did love Krispy Kreme! When it's a special occasion I do like going to Krispy Kreme, and I still do. HOWEVER, I went this on Weds, April 19, and encountered one of the employees, I am not sure if he is the manager, who is male, has a bit facial hair-- he was wearing a grey shirt but I was not able to catch his name. He was rude to the customer and pretty sarcastic too; It was my birthday and Krispy Kreme's system was down and I wanted to get my free reward for a donut through their app. It wasn't working for me so I showed one of the female employees, but she seemed to want to help get my free donut reward but when she told that man about it, the assumingly manager, he looked at me and just said "Can't get it for you. Try the wifi." Like sir, did you not hear me say your system is down and I just wanted to receive my free donut?
I explained to him it's just one donut, it's my birthday (I have proof), and shouldn't it be given because it's their fault the system is down? It's simply one donut and if he was a manager, he is a horrible one for not wanting to treat his customers with respect or at least some dignity.
Such a shame on him. I hope he gets warned for this. He isn't being a good reputation for the company or this branch, and his actions are actually quite blatant. How rude, and I hope those of higher positions talk to him about "customer service." What a...
