Panda Express — Restaurant in Long Beach

Typically pretty reliable, it happened to be the day I spent upwards of $20 after fees and tips to have my order delivered that they included the completely incorrect sauce in my order and I was bed-ridden so unable to drive all the way there and back to correct it.

Why do you have multiple types of sauce in the exact same color packet if your cashiers aren't going to be careful assembling the order????

Edit: Alright I gave them another chance, except this time I went in person. Can't get it wrong if I double check after their work right?

She made the same mistake AGAIN. You can tell all the workers look absolutely miserable, likely hate their job and the fact that they have to be there, and are putting absolutely no less than the bare, ABSOLUTE minimum amount of effort in.

I've worked fast food and multiple restaurants and can't express how easy it is to not make mistakes like this. Frankly just makes me sad for humanity. How can we do such a poor job at something so effortless.

I wanted to share this review on all of the other platforms (Yelp, etc) but I'm going to give them another chance. Every time I go, I'll leave a new review, either on a different platform or a friend's account. Let's see how long it takes them to put forth the bare...

I have not been to Panda Express in about 5-6 months because it’s just not as good as it use to be. I decided for Valentine’s Day to order for picking up. We got the family feast and the rice idk what they do to it but it’s super dry and like slightly undercooked and I had to drown it in soy sauce just to make it edible. The noodles, I’m like did someone put them in a shrink machine because they are not what they once were and I swear I have had better top roman that tasted better. The teriyaki chicken was good but guess you have to ask for teriyaki sauce to get it since it was not included and also got the sweet green bean chicken and the green beans are so over cooked nothing was left to them and definitely over sweet compared to before. I also got my favorite thing on the menu the black pepper chicken and it definitely didn’t have the same flavor it was a bland version. So I must say definitely disappointed and for what I paid I can go to a better...

I work and me and my coworker postmate it or do other delivery service sometimes we use the panda app where we can leave special instructions for sauces we use to have great service here but it became where the food was bad noodles hard etc we also never got any chili sauces when we left note so we started to call 📞 to ask tonight we did so order got her no sauces i spoke to the manager he seem not to care yes we have been offer free food when they screwed up on or order but its so hard to go because we both have to work and dont have time overall i rather go to the one on long beach blvd they never forget anything this place...
