Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Long Beach

Hey, I have no idea how the food is because we never received our order. I ordered ahead three hours and noticed that an incorrect address showed up on the delivery link so I called the number noted and they said to respond to the driver when they text me. The driver later texted me with a standard note saying they were having trouble finding the address. I called back and texted several times. First was a hang up when I said I was calling about a delivery. Then when texted and called back no pick up or response. Called the noted customer service number and they were totally unable to help me… just wanted my order dismissed at this point . Still no pizza and 20$ short plus way too...

My first time & last. Terriblecustomer service, they messed up on my order twice the last time it was nasty because I ordered buffalo chicken wings & they gave my BBQ I took them back & explained to the guy about the situation & he took back the BBQ wings & gave me my buffalo wings I had requested from the beginning, so He put them back in the oven so they can resale them. Right before I left out a lady was next in line she asked for Bbq wings & they guy sold them to her. I thought that was a bit nasty especially with covid-19 & all & what about if I would of picked at the wings or something, ew very unsafe totally my last time...

This location is convenient for me. It's located in a strip mall with parking right outside the establishment. Inside there is not too much space for waiting guests as the expectation is your pizza's ready. I called ahead and my pizza was ready under 20 mins. Inside there is a locker where I placed my order code and the door opened with my dinner. As for the food, it's no surprise that the size had shrunk on the crazy bread and large pizza.
