One week ago, I ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks W/ MARINARA sauce (description on the order), to receive my order without marinara sauce. I called back immediately after the driver took off and stated my concerns, and was told by an associate that they would look into it and try to contact the driver. The associate first told me I had to purchase the marinara sauce separate, but then after I read the description of the order on my receipt (which states it comes with the sauce), they apologized and stated I should have received the sauce.
The associate stated they would “look into it” and try to contact the driver. With that being said, you figure you would get a call back to have someone deliver the sauce or ask the driver to see if it was forgotten by mistake. About 1 hour goes by without any form of contact.
I called back and asked what the situation was and the same associate I spoke to earlier was confused. Did they forget, or did they not take any action to begin with? I requested to speak to the manager about a refund, and was advised to call back between 8-5 and the manager could help me with my concerns.
Today I called back to speak to the manager because I worked every day leading up until now. I stated my situation, requested a refund, and was denied. The options were to get marinara sauce delivered to me now (1 week later) or get a 0.75 cent credit towards my next order. Those breadsticks went into the garbage that night without any marinara sauce. I said that neither of those options worked for me, and I would like my refund. The manager did not seem sympathetic, was short, and said that’s all she could do for me and could not offer a refund because “we don’t do that here”.
I think the lack of communication on the first day, and the lack of empathy or care of the situation that played out, was what frustrated me. If they had shown more acknowledgement of their mistake and tried, even a little, to rectify it, then I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Not a good experience. Read moreI came to this location to buy pizza. I asked the front attended what deals they had. I was told that they only had a two large pizzas one topping with bread sticks. Since that was too much food for three people, I ordered a one topping large pizza and paid full price for it. While waiting I decided to check their website site and found out there were plenty of deals. When I asked why I wasn't told about this deals she claimed that those deals were available in other stores but not in Los coyotes location. Because I didn't believe her I decided to test her claim and I proceed to place an order online. Before finalizing the online order I showed her it was going to Los coyotes location and I wanted to make sure she would honore the order. She said yes and proceeded to apologize and tell me that is company policy not to tell costumers about the advertise deals on their website. What really?? That's what twelve years of using this location gets me. So they got $8 above the advertise deal but lost a loyal customer. Read moreI don't know why I have so much trouble with this particular Pizza Hut outlet. (This never seems to be a problem with the 7th Street Pizza Hut) I have asked several times for a pizza to be cooked WELL DONE. They never seem to comply with my request and I always receive a normal, semi-raw pie delivered instead. I tried to order a take out pizza just so I could make sure that I was getting what I ordered... NOPE... They still wanted to give me a "Normal" raw pie. However, this time, they did not give me a "Meat Lovers Pizza" but one with plenty of Mushrooms and NO pepperoni or bacon on it. And... Get this: When I called back to complain about this, the manager assured me he would personally take care of sending me another pizza. Sure... Yes.. Another pizza WAS delivered twenty minutes later, but this pizza was ONCE-AGAIN UNDERCOOKED!!! Even when I asked FIVE TIMES to please make sure the pizza was cooked WELL DONE!!!!
