Rally's — Restaurant in Long Beach

First time going to this Rally’s branch. Ordered 5 pc chicken wings, parmesan loaded fries, honey mustard and ranch dip with a medium iced tea via drive thru. I was told I have to wait 12 mins for the chicken and after paying, was told to park (i figured since i had to wait and another car is behind me). 30+ minutes later, I see the staff just talking to other customers standing by the window and people that ordered after me had already left with their food! i went back to the drive thru window and i asked about my food and this person started acting like they didn’t know what I was waiting for and I had to bother them. After telling them my order, another staff started shaking a paperbag to the person by the window. Turns out it’s been ready all along and the food’s already cold! When I opened the bag, there’s two ranch dips, the cold fries (looks different from the image advertised on the menu - see attached photo), the cold chicken wings, 2 pcs of napkins and that was it! Then they tell me they wouldn’t tell me to park because they are not allowed to go outside! How the heck will the customer know if the damn food is ready? ESP? And the attitude! This has been my family’s favorite rally’s for three years now. the food was amazing and had the best flavor and look, but today (5/5/19) when we visited again in a while (because we live a bit far from the establishment), we ordered take out and we waited for about an hour for our food (we get it but a notice is appreciated) and when we arrived to our house we realized that the breaded chicken burger we ordered was SaLtY (we all tasted it and agreed IT WAS REALLY SaLtY so we had to throw it away), they also gave us a burnt patty on our hamburger, and watered down raspberry tea (the drink was a very light brown color and tasted like tap water) we don’t want our money back and we don’t want to return food that we’ve touched and bitten we only want this issue fixed because we don’t go as often as we like (because as you know we don’t live close) and the one time we did our order wasn’t pleasant, we want to be able to trust that the food will be good so we don’t go through that again and so we’re able to return and enjoy it like we once did Thank You and also if guys could put a phone number that works on here it would be much...

Leslie lied to myself saying both restrooms were out of order, yet no Out of Order signs posted, nor hours.Next changed her statement to were never opened after 7pm. Myath??? interrupted stateing ,"I've been here for 13 yrs and it has always closed at 7pm". Untrue, of course. My family only comes after 12am and I always wash my hands first. Leslie usually opens the restroom door. The only problem I ever had with this Rally's is the fact that they are always out of something!! Well , this is the first time in years that my partner needed to use the restroom in such ergency and to be refused with a lie has just opened up a big jar of Worms that could have been ignored. Especially having to find a restroom else where just to come back to Rally's and then order. Suggestions, post Out of Order signs on both banos, post 13 year old hours up for customers, mind your own business unless ACURATE and don't lie when your location needs a lot of help.
