Honestly I have never had a bad experience at any Starbucks ever and yea a bad drink but never complain. This is the worst experience I never ever written a review. The employee was very rude and kept on becoming more and more irritated as we ordered the total of our 5 drinks. He told us that we couldn't have less ice in a blended drink saying "it a frappe like there is literally no way to make it like that so.." and continue to sigh with disgust. Already having a bad experience he lastly tells us that the store DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH and when asked why he goes back and forth saying there is an issue with cash and an issue with people stealing. This most likely was not true and was rather he did not want to count the 20 in cash. To add to the he is a SHIFT LEAD and should no how to properly do costumer service and not become defensive and RUDE to costumers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. To add to that we went to the Starbucks over by the 91 and they were very kind and took our drinks. And it is possible to have less ice blended so we were in fact no dumb. Overall unprofessional experience and never going there again. The Starbucks near the 91 very much supersedes this one. As a shift leader EDDIE should be ashamed (night shift 4/11) .
I have came here the day before and it went smoothly and actually really great another person different from this night was their and we liked so much we decided to drive the extra 5 minutes...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kelani this evening (October 19 at approximately 8:20 PM). I had already purchased a drink through the drive-thru and went inside to study, as I have done many times before. After I finished setting up my laptop and schoolwork, she came over and informed me that she saw me walk in with the drink and that I was not allowed to remain inside unless I made an additional purchase.
I explained that I only needed about an hour to study and that I had already paid for a drink, but she showed no understanding or empathy. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely apathetic. I would never purchase a second drink just for the “privilege” of being allowed to sit—especially as a paying customer.
As someone who has previously worked at Starbucks, I was shocked. I could never imagine treating a customer in that manner, let alone preventing someone from trying to better their life through education after they have already made a purchase.
This experience left a very negative impression, and I sincerely hope it is addressed. I will not be returning to this Starbucks or giving this location any more of...
Read moreFirstly I never had a bad drink or my order messed up here nor do I have any complaints on customer service. But I get a really weird vibe off the baristas here, something doesn't seem right. They do greet me when I come in and haven't ever been rude, but they always look nervous and avoid getting too close to the counter.. I tried to come in yesterday evening for a coffee before my shift started (I work in the same shopping plaza) but all the doors were locked and nobody would pick up the phone. When I looked inside, the baristas seemed frightened to see me. I was in my work uniform and around the same age as they were, so I'm not sure why? If anybody working here sees this, hope you guys are OK... makes me wonder what's going on at...
