But sadly they have chosen the low road regarding the bed rock of restraining Customer Service I blame upper management for this. Like Starbucks sensitivity issues in the past and managements immediate actions to correct this critical problem I urge McDonald's management to follow thus example.Issues such as restrooms not being available when open for breakfast when CDC mandated they be open to those needy to stay sanitized protecting individuals and fellow customers alike and completely ignoring the urgency many customers find them selves in during this lock down period. First question, why does Google say you confirmed your "open 24 hours" two weeks ago when every night you're closed for 30 min to update your computer? Second question, how are people to know you are closed for 30 min nightly when all your signage says you're open including Google? Third question, how do I know when the 30 min has started? Like right when I got there? When I'm finished writing this review? Am I supposed to just wait on the parking lot for 30 min when for all I know it was on minute 27 when I went through the drive through so I'm wasting my time here?
