The Nugget Grill & Pub — Restaurant in Long Beach

The place needs a lil renovation. Its really embarrassing to go in there where the couches are extremely soiled with broken springs and deflated seats. The carpets smell. I do like their menu options compared to the rest of the campus. But its pretty expensive for an on-campus bar. When a glass of beer is $7 min, there's a problem. I get it, you don't want drunk students bec you're offering $3 drinks, but its also not your job to police students behaviors via prices. Also 49ers as a company that services students with bookstores and on-campus venues, seriously rips off the students. Every single thing is marked up at least 50% more. Sometimes things cost twice as much as they would at target or Vons. You're better off getting drinks...

Upon graduating, the best 4 years of college were eating at the Pub.

Looking back, I now realized that the quality of the food outweighed the expenses of all the nearby restaurants except for Del Taco's Stoner Burrito.

Other than that, you can never go wrong.

DO NOT TREAT THEM WITH DISRESPECT. Sometimes, it's get busy and mistakes happen like when you rush your essays and group projects.

Not your father's Nugget Grill and Pub. Back in the early 90s the Nugget was the on campus spot for reasonably priced pizza and beer. I found myself on campus this morning, so we decided to go to the Nugget for breakfast. I ended up ordering a breakfast bowl @ the price of $7.99. It was filling, but not remarkable.
