V Cafe — Restaurant in Long Beach

I recently had the pleasure of dining at V Cafe in Long Beach and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered The Vietnamese coffee, the Veggie Delight sandwich with a salad, and the Cheesy Mushroom sandwich with a salad.

The Vietnamese coffee was perfectly brewed, offering a robust flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. It was an excellent start to the meal. The Veggie Delight sandwich was fresh and bursting with flavors, complemented wonderfully by the crisp and refreshing salad. The Cheesy Mushroom sandwich was a standout, with rich, melted cheese and savory mushrooms creating a delightful harmony of tastes, paired perfectly with another delicious salad.

Great small Cafe! Had the snickerdoodle latte and the chocolate chip cookie and both were fantastic! The cookie was soft and almost gooey which was very decadent without being too sweet! The hot latte was perfect for chilly morning. Also, had the pesto breakfast sandwich, which was good. Food is a little on the higher side price wise but is well made with good ingredients, so it's definitely worth it!...

Excellent. I had a mango lychee tea and a mushroom havarti sandwich that were both excellent. The tea was refreshing with fresh mint and real mango puree rather than just sugar syrup like you get at so many places. The sandwich had a little bit of cranberry to cut the umami of the mushroom and cheese and was really delicious. Very hearty and satisfying. I'm not a vegetarian and I still loved it....
