We were refused service by Joseph. Joseph, who told us that he was the manager, was exceptionally slow and un-energetic to provide us service and ultimately told us to leave. My wife and I, already had one of the worst restaurant experiences or our lives at this location on 6-2-25, and we left negative feedback at that point. (They took 45 minutes to take our drink order and then argued about happy hour prices, then the staff changed our tab credit card for another party’s meal/drinks. I could go on, but importantly, Joseph was MOD during that visit as well.). Regardless of that frustrating experience, we decided to give Fuzzy’s Longmont another try on Thursday 8/7. That was the biggest disaster so far! My wife and I have been regulars since 2019 and have gone here to celebrate our wins and cry over our losses for several years. We were recipients of the “Free Tacos for a Year” prize and spent many happy hours in the restaurant or on the patio. Last Thursday however we went in to unwind and as soon as we walked in, Joseph left the cash register and started bussing tables, after about five minutes of waiting he returned, only to then go into the kitchen for another 3-4 minutes and finally return. When he returned, he coldly asked us for our order. My wife ordered a margarita, and he asked us for our IDs. I produced mine and tossed it down on the counter in front of Joseph. He became enraged and asked why I threw it at him, then threw my ID at me, and said that he had every right to refuse us service, and told us to leave. Quite surprised I asked what the problem was and he said “Why did you throw your license at me?” I said, “You ask me for my id so I gave it to you.” He then informed me that he was going to teach me a lesson, and that I was never going to disrespect him again. It will all be on camera I’m sure, so if there is any doubt that I’m telling a story to make myself look good, or make Joseph look bad, check the video! This location has fallen off a cliff, I cannot imagine any scenario that I would ever go back and I used to go there multiple times per week. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY Joseph is unprofessional, unpredictable, unhelpful, and hostile. I’m a business owner and I would never retain anyone on my team who treated my customers the way he treated my wife and me. Thank you for...
Read moreManagement tonight should be ashamed.
You had a new person working the counter (granted we didnt clarify if this was her first second or third day, we heard several different dates) brunette, long blue nails. She was so new she didn't know the menu, literally told me I couldn't order something on the menu board behind her.
She was having a heck of a time with our order. And tried her best. Obviously her training was minimal, at BEST. And you left her alone at the counter while the line worked its way out the door.
Yes. We are difficult customers, I have 3 kids who are picky and ask for modifications. We have been going to your location for 5 years. The service has always been incredible.
Never have I been so very embarrassed for someone's training and their manager's attention to when they were obviously struggling.
She asked for help. You saw the line. You continued to leave her alone to struggle.
You should be embarrassed, ashamed and write yourselves up for your sincere lack of customer service as management.
We asked for a refund because she still didn't have the order right. You saw her crying and instead of helping her you walked away. You abandoned your employee when she needed you and frankly you are what makes people hate working in restaurants. There was a woman WASHING GLASSES. Rather than ask her to assist a line out the door, you walked away.
Fuzzy's isnt a team and I will not patronize a restaurant with such terrible management. I will never pay $76 for my family to eat a meal we have to fight to get right and still gets sent in wrong.
This Fuzzy's has slipped in the worst way. We...
Read moreUpdate: On my last outing at the movies, we stopped in here for lunch and I was skeptical given my first and last encounter here when they first opened. Willing to give it another chance however I got the spicy pork quesadilla which I am thankful to say was actually pretty good, although not spicy at all which was somewhat remedied by the hot sauces on the tables. It was grilled well and pretty flavorful. Everyone else at the table was also pretty satisfied with their food, with it being their first experience here.
One got a burrito which was larger than I expected it to be, and my other friend got one of the bowls that was also pretty large and filled to the brim with food. Overall everyone was pretty satisfied with their meal and all concluded that it was worth coming to again which I agree with. Given this new experience, I will be returning again.
Old Review: My first experience here was less than ideal. I got some shrimp tacos and the food was very much not fresh and made me gag the moment I tasted it. I did try it again and got chicken this time and had a much better experience. I really like the large variety of menu options and its proximity to the theater makes this a pretty nice place to hit up before or after a movie. The atmosphere is always lively and it can get a bit hectic during the dinner rush, but never really had any issues finding a place to sit. Also easy to go outside and sit around the mall to eat. Overall not a...
