EDIT 8/14/23 McDonald’s!!! Wendy’s know what’s up. What’s wrong with you and your sauce to nugg ratio Wendy’s gives two sauces per 4 and you can’t even spare 4 for a 20 piece even when it should be 5 per 20 nugg?! 👀👀👀 Wendy’s be getting my business until you fix your sauce to nugg ratio. I’ll sadly tell you it’s about three times a week I stopped in… 20 bucks each trip if not more… and you wanna charge me extra for sauces that should be included?… I shall not be scammed!!!

So I have a serious discrepancy with the sauce to nugget ratio. My whole life it was 1 sauce per four nuggets, when the 6 piece came out you got 2 sauces. So Im a little confused as to why the 20 piece only almost always comes with 3... that leaves now 1 sauce per almost 7 nuggets and absolutely not right to get charged extra when asking for extra sauce... you have squeezed enough money out of people over the years and Im sure yall can spare those extra sauces because Im honestly a little upset and may not shop with yall for a while just because of the injustice against my sweet and sour sauces... I will return eventually and hopefully I dont have to beg for more sauces that should be included with my meal... 1 sauce per 4 nuggets equals 5 sauces with a 20 piece. P.s. what happens when one sauce is damaged? That leaves only 1 sauce per 10 nuggets... now thats unacceptable.

There are a few people worthy to mention like the nice Anita who is always so helpful and sweet when taking orders. I also noticed an older gentleman who seemed to greet people with a huge smile, (Wayne might have been his name?) and though I didn't talk to him much other than a quick "hello" I saw how he talked with people and he was super friendly.

But- and I know this is only a fast food restaurant- something I don't want to hear while waiting for my food is yelling. Someone is ALWAYS yelling. "WHERES MY NUGGETS?! I NEED THIS! I NEED THAT!" it doesn't seem like a friendly place for employees to work with obvious managers always holding such a harsh tone towards them.

I think the atmosphere would be better for not only the customers but for the employees as well if everyone would just calm down. It's like there's so much pressure to getting the orders out so quickly that by the time I did get my bag, everything was thrown in, knocked over, spilled out, even got a BBQ sauce with the BBQ spilling all over the bottom of my bag making a HUGE mess. I understand people want food NOW but I'd rather wait for a few minutes to ensure my meal was correct and neat than to have everything thrown in at once and have items missing.

Will go back maybe in a couple months to reevaluate this...

There is two things at this location that just suck. First is: The fries. Half the time they are never filled up to the level they should be. Ive dealt with this issue ever since I first started going here years ago. They just dont get it. And its not the employees cause I know this isnt the same person. Its a basic issue, speed is more important then quality. You cant have both. And this is the constant result. Two: there is ONE lane to get into the TWO DRIVE THRU openings. How many times the dumb ahole has just cut infront after we have waited there. Its the same ahole thatll end up killing you in a car accident. Lay the horn in for an awkward amount of time on these clowns... maybe theyll notice something.

Mcdonalds could repaint this so its brighter again. They did it before i saw. But i think maybe an extra sign would help too. MAKE IT ALL CAPS AND HUGE FOR THESE MORONS TO READ.

Other then that, everything is normal for me here. Order is always correct and the people taking orders are usally doing two things at once. I know that cant be easy. But putting fries into a box and filling it... cmon basics. Dont be greedy unless you have a moron boss telling you not to...
