Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse — Restaurant in Longmont

Truly horrifying.

PLEASE AVOID- most disgusting experience. My uncle, brother, and I went to Parry's for dinner. While we were waiting for our food to arrive, a child at the table next to us vomits -- everywhere. On the table, on the floor. His mother covers his mouth and walks him off to the bathroom, as vomit continues to drip, spill, and leak out of his mouth and onto the floor the entire way because he continues to violently heave. This in itself isn't even the problem- sometimes, kids get sick. What followed was as if Parry's took the entire health code guideline book and did the exact opposite.

Mom and kid return to their table, kid not wearing a shirt, presumably because it is soaked in vomit. No manager comes by, nobody asks mom and kid to politely exit the restaurant or wait in the car for food. Kid sits there looking miserable, like he might throw up again.

Staff come over with a REGULAR mop and bucket of water. They "clean up" although the only real thing this accomplishes is spreading germs. Procedure says that anyone within a 25ft radius should be immediately relocated and the area sequestered for sanitization. This was not done. Staff mops the area around their table and wipes their table with a regular rag and table cleaner. Not a single person is wearing gloves. They do this, and who knows if they've washed their hands. They come back, start delivering food, utensils, napkins - things people will put to their mouth - and still nobody has worn any gloves, and the path from the kid's table to the bathroom has not been wiped - there remains visible solid and liquid vomit the entire way to the restroom.

We ask a waiter and tell them - for their own safety's sake - they need to wear gloves and get some heavy duty cleaner on the floor and on the table immediately. The waiter acts horrified and says they'll do so.

We were there for another 20 minutes and nothing else was done. Staff who weren't aware are unknowingly wandering through vomit and touching things in the area, and then visiting other customers. Nobody was ever relocated or asked to be relocated.

I still don't even blame the kid, but pretty much every health procedure was grossly (literally) violated. Parents should have known better and left with him while waiting for food. Staff should know/be trained better.

My fiancé and I ate at Perry’s last night and at first we thought you know this is going to be really good with and want to try for a while. We got seated and it took a little bit before our waitress even came to ask us for Audrey finally when she did it took forever for them to come out. Which wasn’t a big deal. But after that I have and drink my entire Coke and the table beside us had been checked on seven times before our waitress even came to take our appetizer order. Finally when I got her attention and ask for a refill she didn’t even ask us what we would like to order. After waiting about 15 to 20 minutes she finally came and asked us what we like to order and I told her I would order an appetizer but it’s been thirty minutes I’m ready for my food. She said we could still order an appetizer that we had Time and we could get it before food. So he say OK we order the Parmesan bites and he orders him the Chicken Alfredo and I ordered a calzone. They bring out the calzone and the chicken Parmesan before anything else he didn’t even get a salad and we didn’t even get our appetizer. Or why just didn’t check on us and we had to ask the person delivering of food to help us get the rest of my food s chicken Alfredo and I ordered a calzone. After finally getting the waitresses attention i let her know how disappointed i was in her service. His Alfredo was Cold and my calzone made me sick i will not be going back....

Absolutely hate the way management treats it's costumers. I How the family visiting from El Paso Texas we stop to eat dinner there but only our kids ended up staying to eat as we ate next store at bad Daddy ,I explained it to the servers at The pizzeria that only my children Would-be eating there if they could just call me when you're done eating so I can pay they said no that they wanted us to Pay ahead of time so we Did .At that time I had already ordered my kids meals and told the manager I wanted a pizza to go so he went ahead and charge me for the pizza separate from my meals that I had got my children to eat there at the restaurant .When my pizza was done the manager got confused apparently And took the pizza to my Children's table .When my kids were done eating I went to go get them to bring them to bad daddy burgers where I was eating my dinner and I asked the manager to please give me my pizza that I paid for to go he then proceeded to be very rude and talk to me with really nasty Additude .I tried to explain to him that he got bit mixed up and that the pizza I ordered last and paid for separately was a to go pizza he then insulted me and said he couldn't do that because then I wouldn't pay for the food like if I was gonna run away with free food I then got really frustrated with His attitude and Insults I walked away-and my sister handled the situation .What made me mad about the whole situation was that he proceeded to yell at me telling me that I was gonna walk away with free food when that wasn't the case absolutely hate this place and definitely won't...
