If I could give this place zero Stars I would. As a manager in this community and as someone who is worked in the food industry for many years I have never in my life experienced such awful attitudes and customer service not from just one person but multiple employees on MULTIPLE occasions! :( I live a few blocks away from this Popeyes location and I have REALLY tried hard to be a good customer and have truly wanted nothing, but to support it's success (with a full, happy tummy) however time and time again I leave extremely upset or bothered or unhappy to the point of not even wanting to eat my food and losing my appetite; This has not just been a one time deal, it's EVERY single time I come here and try to order food in the Drive Thru and each time I am met with nasty, negative attitudes, these people are EXTREMELY RUDE, never a thank you or smile, or even come back again! Or good to see you again! I mean WOOOW!
I've never left a review like this and I hate even writing this, but tonight was the last straw. (THIS IS THE honest to Gods truth) I truly think I hit double digits as far as the number of times I've had bad experiences here with their staff in the customer service!
I've genuinely tried to avoid having to do this and I have genuinely tried and spent a lot of time and money hoping to have just ONE good experience at this restaurant!!!
Unfortunately, I am so sad to say that this place is the worst, as far as guest services, I've LITERALLY EVER experienced, (possibly even in my lifetime), I am 35 years old and have eaten at MANY restaurants so this is a pretty sad deal for your revenue and your customers .
PLEASE take into consideration the truth behind this review. I'm sure this restaurant has awesome, hard working, dedicated owners however their staff CLEARLY does NOT care about the goals or dreams of the people these owners or the people that hired them and believed in them. Please WORK YOUR STAFF AND TRAIN THEM, OTHERWISE FIND PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR BUSINESS AND WHO WANT TO ELEVATE YOUR Restaurant NOT PUT BAD TASTES IN THE MOUTHS OF ALL THE MEMBERS IN THIS COMMUNITY. #NEW STAFF #EXTRA TRAINING # PRACTICE MOCH SERVICE SITUATIONS # GET A CAMERS OR MIC AND START RECORDING THIS STUFF because I cannot and would never take the time to write this if THIS WASNT 100...
Read moreWent there yesterday, was the worst experience ever. I went through the drive through, ordered nearly $40 worth of food at 5:07pm. The guy taking my order tells me after i get to the window, that they didnt have any tenders ready. I said ok. I'll take the regular pieces. No problem. Nope, he didnt hear anything i said, only informed me that it would be 7 to 10 minutes for tenders and to just pull around to the nearby parking lot, and he would bring my food out. Ok.the Guy takes my money, no receipt. Hands me my $2 n change. No thank u. No i apologize for the inconvenience. Nothing. I sat n waited for 20 minutes. Still no food. So i walk in n asked for a manager. Low n behold, it was the guy who took my order. Couldnt tell he was a manager by his appearance. Oversized stained, untucked t-shirt on a large framed man. No company logo. Name tag only said "V" on it. The rest of his name was torn off. He never even approached me. He stood by the kitchen n when i asked about my food. He was like oh its not ready. Then a second later he says oh its out now. Then asks a girl to bag up my order. Not one ounce of professionalism. No apology. Nothing. Got my food finally at 545pm. I had to ask the girl for the service order ticket since her manager didnt provide me with a receipt. I let them know i was calling corporate. After i arrived home n got off the phone with corporate, i finally got to eat. The small sides i paid an extra $2 something a piece for, might have contained 2tblsp of food in them. Green beans had a film over them, like they had been cooked n refrigerated n then stuck in a warmer. Absolutely no sauces for the chicken or fish i ordered. Paid damn near $7 for an order of "cajun fish" which was more like 3 fish nuggets. They were mushy inside like they had been sitting for a while. No flavor whatsoever! The chicken i had waited so long for, was dry n barely edible. The red beans n rice tasted sour as well. I will NEVER go back to this location again and will be hesitant to ever go to another Popeyes. Ive worked in the service industry for years and will give credit n praise where it is due. But this place needs an overhaul on customer service and food handling. I will never waste another dollar there. Oh and corporate said they would address the issue. I got reference number. So...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE service. The worst Popeyes experience we've ever had. Not sure how this location is allowed to be a Popeyes franchise and represent Popeyes in any way. I don't give bad reviews lightly. I understand that people are making a living out of their business. So I follow the 3 strikes motto. 1st time, missing half of our order. I had to go back inside twice to get pieces of the order fixed because each time they missed another part of the order. The guy at the counter was rude every single time. Like we were inconveniencing THEM to correct the order that we paid for that they got wrong. The 2nd time, we ordered through the app, arrived and had to still wait 30 minutes past the order time and when we got our order were told they didn't have 2 items from our order so they subbed with 2 other items. We didn't even get a choice and again, the person had an attitude like we did something wrong by ordering something they didn't have. 3rd time, today, we ordered through the app, paid for our order, arrived, and were told sorry, we don't have any of the food you ordered, we have no chicken, no strips, no sandwiches, nothing. When we asked for a refund the managers response was "we have nothing to do with them, we're a franchise so we're not responsible for your money, you'll have to work that out with Popeyes corporate." So we're out $55 dollars and no food. Stay away from this horrible Popeyes location. Wonderful experiences elsewhere. Any manager worth their managment "salt" knows that any money being managed by corporate for a franchise goes to them in the end. So yes, they are related to that business transaction. They would just rather the customer be out of the money instead of them. They could have provided a refund and let corporate know that they have already refunded the customer so it would be a wash. But instead, they let the customer take the financial hit, duke it out with corporate, and wait 6 weeks for a refund. Not cool franchisee! Also, not a good way to keep your customers. Shame on you for letting patrons...
