Scratch Kitchen and Food Truck — Restaurant in Longmont

This is a regular food truck in Berthoud. On a whim we decided to order from here tonight. Big mistake. My mother in law wanted the black bean hummus wrap, I was informed they did not have tortillas but could do it as a salad, so she ordered that. There was no black bean hummus in it at all, the amount of salad greens was the same as the side salad but charged entree price. The rest of the orders were as described but the food is bland and in desperate need of salt...basic cooking technique just thrown...

This place was great! We got the 50/50 poutine and their pork green chili is the best i’ve ever had. They have a nice variety of beers as well as other ciders, seltzers, and Kombucha for non-beer drinkers. This place also doesn’t mess around when it comes to their Nashville hot chicken. Being from nashville, this is the only restaurant that claims to have “Nashville hot” and is actually melt your face off hot. Don’t order it unless you’re ready for some perspiration. I’ve visited twice. The first time I went off of yelp reviews just to try the burgers and poutine. They were spot on great! I had to go back and try the hot chicken with of course poutine fries. The sandwich was very good, but man I just love the green chile and cheese curds over the fries. Mmmm I know it’s a brewery atmosphere, but if this place had TV’s for sports they’d be busy as heck.
