*WATCH YOUR ORDERS HERE CAREFULLY!! ESP LATE AT NIGHT! Some employees here are sabotaging meals at the drive-thru. I carefully placed my order and confirmed instructions were clear because on previous visit late at night the same guy failed but claimed he didn't hear my request- then I had to wait even longer for it to be made. This time, after a long day at work I wanted them to get it right the first time. After I got around the block and bit into burger it was obviously stale and old, meat was disgusting. I could not possibly eat it so I went back and explained dilemma at drive up speaker then pulled around. Name on my ticket was "Angel", regardless semi long dark wavy hair, same guy from earlier, now twice failed to honor my order and for the second time- deliberately. I explained my problem but instead of owning his prank and getting my orde out He tried to argue with me and then lied directly to my face saying sandwich had been fresh. No. It was FAR FROM FRESH. I would not be here if it was. I pulled it out of the bag and handed it out to him to look at but he wouldn't take it. Instead he insulted me again, "oh I see you already ate half of it! Now you want another!" I corrected him and explained I didn't eat half, I took barely two bites -and it was disgusting! -ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT- you want to look it's right here! Then he had me pull up while they made my sandwich. When it came out sandwich meat was fresh but I found OLD, soggy, DARK GREEN NASTY LETTUCE ON IT! Tasted it and then pulled it out of my mouth while chewing and I could see it was disgusting. Obviously another deliberate attempt to sabotage my meal! I don't know what is wrong with people but I'm posting this to let other patrons know- and yes I'm going to register a complaint with corporate vas soon as I have time. When criminals find their way into food service and are becoming comfortable with poisoning and sabotaging customer's food deliberately- they...
Read moreFor the most part I enjoy this location, however, my fiancé has dietary issues and does not. We don't always choose to come here, it usually just for quick runs for food when we absolutely need it. My fiancé has IBS and can only have a burger patty. She orders a large burger patty, with pickles on the side. It took three tries for them today to get that right.. first one came out with all the condiments and toppings on a burger beside the bun, most of which would set off her ibs. In the third try, instead of giving her a side of pickles they gave her a side of mustard with sprinkles on it. It is on their menu but they seem to have a hard time with it. All of this was handed to her by the manager. Never got the pickles.. The staff needs more training on whats in their menu and customer service especially with individuals that suffer illnesses that are not in their control. I hope this location can invest in training their staff, and maybe finding a manager who knows what pickles are to make that process more effective. When my fiance' tried calling this location around 3pm the phone rang her whole car ride home. I hope you can implement the change needed to earn back our trust, and your Google...
Read moreThe person taking orders didn't greet with hi welcome to wendys or anything, but with a simple enthused "hi". Kept asking us if that that was all, didn't even try to up sale anything. Didn't even ask if we wanted to add a cookie for a $1, aren't they having issues selling them? I do appreciate that they didn't give us old fries though, they told us that the fries would take a little more time. Ordered two different sauces for the nuggs. Got two of the same sauces, not even the kind i asked for. Didn't get straws for drinks but did get spoons. Had i gotten straws i wouldn't expect anything else but for them to be completely shattered. The store has definitely changed since the old gm Gallegos left. The only think that i hear that is keeping that store running is the co manager. This store gets 2 out of 5 hot peppers, and this pepper gets 5 put of 5 hot peppers. For more hot pepper reviews go to...
