Original Post: I went through the drive through. I asked for 2 two splenda on the side. I went to pull up, they decided to take it upon themselves to put extra Splenda in my drink. âHey Friend, I went ahead and put three Splenda in your drink, is that okay?â I said âno, if I wanted three Splendas I would have asked for three Splendas, that is why I asked to put two on the side and I would do it myselfâ. It was fabulous for a while but then when I ran in to grab 2 waters⌠mainly needed one for my husband as he had just had a heart attack and stent placed and was feeling shortness of breath I was hoping water would help as we were going into Dr office right around the corner. They told me no unless I Purchased something. I donât like anything else from Starbucks and my kids werenât with me for anything so I asked for 1 water this one time and I would know from now on. They still told me no and was rude. I asked if I could purchase a cup of water and they still told me no. Finally, I see they have a water bottle available for purchase.    Read moreI come to this location pretty regularly &they're always so kind &dont make me feel like a jerk for my my annoyingly modified keto coffee order. Lol. While all their employees have been great, there's 2 that have stuck out : Derek has always been so warm & personable, &seems to really take an interest in the ppl around him. The other is Tiva (I'm prob way off on spelling). I spilled my ENTIRE coffee in my car, ¬ only did she remake it, immediately, for no added charge -she sanitized a towel &also gave me a dry one, so I could clean it up (w/o me even asking) which was so thoughtful. I'm hoping their managers or someone higher up sees this, so they can get the recognition (cough compensation cough) they deserve, bc - while I do love my starbuck's - most of us don't get that many splurges, but bc of these employees this Starbucks is...
