Yelled at by manager do not eat here. I ordered my food through the app. Showed up a little before the time the food was supposed to be ready. Waited 7 min before someone helped me even though there was no one in line. When I told them my name and that I had an online order. They said they were still making it. When they finally handed me the food it was the wrong order. They then told me they did not have my order on their computer. I tried to show the manager my app which contained the receipt and proof of payment. The manager refused to look at it and said there was nothing they could do. After arguing and refusing to make my food the manager started yelling at me that they could not make the food unless they have a recipe. Finally the manager gave me a number to the office. When I called the number there was only a voice mail. When I went back to talk to the manager she said that there again nothing they could do. She continued to yell at me and tell the customers behind me that she new how to do her job. After arguing for 30 min past the time I was supposed to have picked up my food I had not received any food, compensation, or even a customer service number to call. Read moreI really enjoy the sandwiches here but the staff could use some work. My first interaction was with a tall young caucasian man he has been the best so far with customer service which is why i felt comfortable coming back. Every interaction after that was horrible the manager stayed on her phone telling the staff what to do. One guy (white with a ponytail) failed to listen to my order cause he was talking to others and toasted my sandwich without putting the meat on then said i told him to do so when i infact didnt. I wanted him to remake it and he said the best he could do was put the meat on the already toast sandwich… so i walked out and went to a different subway less enjoyable sandwhiches but 10/10 customer service. My interaction today i walk into the restaurant and nobody acknowledges me staff are on the phone and someone else is already waiting to be serviced so i walked out yet again and ordered on the app, when i went back in at my scheduled pickup time still no one upfront and i hate to wait at the counter a while before anyone even serviced me. Read moreI placed an online order for 3 sandwiches and 1 churro.
2 of the sandwiches were simple (no veggies) and 1 had few veggies. All had "less" mayo and mustard.
well anyways, they were all mixed up. Like they gave the wrong cheese, wrong bread, apparently extra mayo and mustard, the bread wasn't toast, one had bacon that should've gone to another sandwich and it was a mess.
We were already on the highway (about 20mins) and didn't feel like driving back to return as that would be a 40+min delay. We had somewhere to be by a certain time.
Also, my churro wasn't in the bag. I was driving so i didn't bother calling but assuming it was the young man that made them. it's sad that written instructions (receipt) are not comprehended.
First time going to any subway in at least over a year and after this experience probably will take one more to convince me to try again.
BTW (off topic) the menu has too many options on sandwiches. I swear, the app probably had close to 20+ sandwich options. that's crazy. I don't even think McDonald's has that many items...
