Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lorain

I just love their pizza! I love the different flavored crusts they have there and I always bring home a salad either for my grandmother for lunch/dinner, or for me for lunch the next day! They are ALMOST ALWAYS here quicker than their estimate (if I'm getting delivery), if I'm on my way home from somewhere and it's late and I gotta feed the kids, i can call for a pick up order and it's rdy within ten mins! Again, ALMOST ALWAYS get the correct order exactly the way i ordered it! I think within the last 5 yrs of using THIS SPECIFIC PIZZA HUT (they are NOT all as good as this one! Believe that!) They have only made a mistake with something 2, maybe 3 times..? I know not many at all and they have fixed it for me one way or another immediately and without complaints or attitudes! Idk if they got new owners or new managment or what but the way they are TODAY COMPARED TO 6,7 YRS AGO IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE!! This used to be my least favorite pizza hut, and pizza hut used to be my least favorite pizza place in general!! If you have hut rewards it can be a nightmare trying to redeem. Don't know why I'm having so many issues trying to redeem and or use my points, customer service gives a basic response on what they feel is how it's supposed to work rather then actually listening and taking care of the customer’s.

Update Tried again, found out that using your phone doesn't work. Ordered food 2 LG pizza special request as well, extra toppings paid for but not at all given. Don't order double anything they will give less then the regular amount in the first place. Then say they have to go light on the toppings for the pizza to fully cook. i order from this pizzahut often and they will no longer be receiving my business. i ordered the big dinner box w/ asiago bread sticks and when i received it the breadsticks looked nothing like the advertised picture on the website instead they looked like crusty vanilla pudding and flat as a pancake bread, they did not put my drizzle sauce on the pizza. my wife called them when she got home to get the problem fixed and after being passed to 3 people and explaining our situation 3 separate times we were met with incompetence and resistance to satisfy the customers, the general manager was also quick to interrupt me at every sentence and argumentative. this will be my last interaction with this...
