I do not recomend this place to anyone. If you are staying here and need somewhere to eat, call a ride and go somewhere else.

The service was incredibly poor, the host said virtually nothing to us and that continued to the server who took our order and then vanished for almost 20 minutes while both of our water glasses were empty.

The kitchen brought out our food and we were very dissapointed. The chicken noodle soup was on par with canned soups while charging $14. The carne asada tacos served with chips and salsa in actuality were three very dry tacos served with 5 chips and roughly two tablespoons of storebought salsa. On a smaller but annoying note, both of our meals were stated to be served with a lime and instead came with a lemon.

After eating our food, both of our waters had been empty since we got our food from the kitchen and we had not seen our server once. We had to flag him down to even pay our bill.

As someone who works in the service industry I can understand not getting exceptional service everywhere, but we got NO SERVICE, and like other reviews point out there is already a 20% gratuity applied hidden on one of the recipts.

Overall this experience has been exseptionally poor and I hope no one else has to dine here and get the service...

I just had the worst experience ever. My family had traveled from Florida to Ca to go on a cruise. And decided to try out this restaurant because it was conveniently located inside of the Hotel.

When we arrived to be seated.... there was a gentleman that looked like he was absolutely disgusted by our presence. He didn't greet us and basically motioned for us to seat ourselves at a table.

We then sit a a table for about ten minutes before another guy bothered to ask if we want to order.

So I proceed to order 5 sodas. When the server brings out the drinks the glasses are filthy. So at this point I don't even want to bother dining. So I request for the check to pay for the drinks.

The server doesn't even ask why. Then brings me a bill for 25.00 for the soda.

If you are unfortunate enough to have to eat here ..... Don't.....

Use Uber...

First off this restaurant is in an absolutely beautiful location. The restaurant food and service are sub par and very expensive. The Hilton Double Tree in the San Pedro location is a very neglected hotel. It is an embarrassment to the Hilton Chain, They have a beautiful patio that overlooks a beautiful marina. The sad thing is that the patio tables are almost always dirty and the seating is worn and damaged. I was there yesterday and the pictures I am posting are current. This place is a hub for cruisers. They get a deal before and after their cruises and you sure can tell the Hotel and Restaurant takes advantage of them as much as they can. There are not many choices for food in the area. Be warned on what to expect at the run down place where only a few of the the servers act like its not a problem to wait on you. Hilton...
