This is a pickup only spot, I ordered on DoorDash and they completely forgot an item I ordered. I went back to get what was missed and they REFUSED to give me the missing item that I had paid for because they were SURE they gave me everything but they didn’t, I showed them that they missed an item and they refused to give me the missing item and told me to just get a refund via DoorDash even though I paid for the item. The abuelita’s meatballs soup had become my favorite dish from this place. Yet the inconsistency with portions has left a lot to desire. The first 2 times I ordered, I received 4 meatballs in my each one of my orders. The following 5 times, each order had 3 meatballs. The following 3 orders had two meatballs. Today my order consisted of one meatball cut in half…. The first couple of orders also had a side of onions, cilantro and sauce. The rest of them didn’t, even though I asked for them. I’m just adding a 5 star review because they gave us a LOT of food for a 11:30pm Saturday Night order - the meat was stellar, salsas amazing, beans were fire, chips are a perfect amount of salted, and it reheated beautifully and I appreciate these people and the establishment for a straightforward and filling meal. Unsure where the lower reviews are coming from, but I’m giving them two thumbs up - and 5 stars.
