I wondered how this "Korean" restaurant could serve up such a tasteless meal (not to mention half-cooked sweet potatoes, some weird gelatinous sauce called "Korean BBQ sauce," and chewy chicken) until I looked them up and got "Bobba" vibes - seems like the parent company, Salted, is a bunch of white folks claiming that traditional Korean food isn't healthy or trustworthy enough. Ordered the Avo Impossible Bulgogi bowl with base of rice and added a fried egg. It was great, no complaints at all. A well balanced bowl with nothing overpowering in terms of quantity or flavors. Kimchi was yummy
Is it a little expensive? Sure but paying a little more than the other garbage in the area, for good quality Marco nutrients is certainly worth it. Certainly not as much as the 40 dollar salad nonsense...

Holy guacamole. This food is so good. We got the potstickers (obviously), the Korean hot chicken, and the chicken and egg. Only thing to note is the potstickers will stick to the paper container, so eat those as soon as you can.. but you probably wonāt be able to stop eating them once you start.
