Alberta's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ordered a dish via Uber eats.. $22 dollars and no utensils. I called to ask about that and the lady that answered insisted that I was wrong by not checking the box. Right or wrong, spending $22$+ tip on a dish that I cannot eat without untensils, I think warrants utensils...Espicially on A ""ToGo Item". What's more, the lady insisted on arguing instead of offering an appology. This is L.A. and very competitive. I will not do business here again.

Update: I drove back. Asked for utensils and for a new order as the order fell from my seat onto the floor while driving to the restaurant, staining my uniform. . I politely showed her the food on my passenger floor. She chose not to look and asked what that had to do with her.

After asking for a manager,

The working lady insisted she was the "owner" and "manager" and refused to let me speak to anyone.

She finally left the window without resolve. I left hungry. I will not do business again with this...

Don’t do the drive thru. Order ahead and pick up and check your order to make sure you have everything you ordered. I loved delivery from this place, but today tried Drive thru for 24 minutes. There was one car in front and they were at the window for 12min. I felt sure that soup and taquitos I ordered was ready after all that. When I got to the window the lady asked if I ordered the quesadilla 😔 never took my order, re-took it there, I wish i just drove away, but was hangry and thought it couldn’t possibly be much longer. But no, another 14 minutes later still effed it up. This place was really good months ago, seriously pissed that they asked my order at the menu two way talk thing, then realized after waiting 10 min behind someone else, that they didn’t take my order and had to wait another 10 minutes while being up charged for pico de gallo and the jerks...

It's been a couple of years since I've ordered here.. I used grub hub today because I'm at work. I ordered the rolled tacos and I was looking foward to them...they USED to be decent. Today I took a bite of all hard shell and a pinch of over cooked shredded beef...literally. They don't even fill the meat end to end and they rolled them so tight that all you really bought is hard shell and they try to make it look pretty with a bunch of cheese and quac... I also ordered the cheese quesadilla and they only put these in the middle leaving an edge of about an inch all the way around plain tortilla ...no queso🧐 ...flat little quesadilla.... So all in all, they skimpy on the goods yall! Don't waste your money!!!!! Make it rain somewhere else where they won't skimp you out...
