KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! The place has graffiti all over every window, the inside is dirty and there's no AC. The thermostat on their wall said it was 99 but it was higher for sure. The woman behind the counter kept arguing with some guy over fixing the ice machine instead of having the broken AC fixed and then when I finally order I told her Original and she kept saying Crispy. We went back and forth 4 times and when I got home and opened the box, CRISPY and it wasn't fresh either.

Maybe we should contact the help dept, Better Business better business bureau and maybe OSHA for the outright disgusting conditions...

Food is great. Sadly, can't say the same thing about customer service. There was a gentleman that took my order and felt bothered when asking him about adding an extra item to my order. I felt so out of place when he made that expressive face and rolled his eyes. I understand he might be overwhelmed by work. However, there's no excuse for that poor behavior. This has left me with a poor experience and not wanting to come back. With all great intentions went in to buy a family meal. I hope management trains their staff to work in customer service since making the ugliest what do you want...

DONT EAT HERE! Wow, where to begin. I'll just copy and paste my comments to kfc corporate: " Cashier could care less, had to repeat myself several times, not enough strips for my meal, forgot my potatoes, told me she didn't forget, I opened the box and she still argued, the WORST tasting strips and slaw I've ever had at a kfc and I've been in this planet 31 years. Those strips had to have been kept warm for hours. You really need to take a closer look at this place, jesus christ...." So...
