My Sushi Style — Restaurant in Los Angeles

First and foremost, it is a one man show which means there is one man who waits the tables, prepares the food and checks in on you. So I definitely will say that future patrons should keep that in mind and be patient and kind. If I see someone writing a review about how long they waited for their food or bla bla bla after I post this review, then 1) they cant read to save their life and 2) I TOLD YA SO. Because this honest man has passion and a dream, and I'll be damn if people write a terrible review because they can't be patient.

Now moving on to the actual review.

1. Ambiance: so interestingly he hasnt changed the outside name which is Enjoy Bowl. I legit was confused in the parking lot for 5 minutes trying to find this place. The interior is nice, casual and spacious! The chef comes out with a warm welcome and even though english is obviously not his first language, his words and actions are honest and hospitable.

2. the food: the food is pretty good! Decently priced and portioned. I got the bento with chicken teriyaki and mixed tempura. The box was so filling and I absolutely love bentos because I want a little of everything. The salmon handroll was a handful keke and the seared tuna nigiri was divineeee.

Overall, I would say the restaurant is a great addition to the valley which lacks sensible asian food. I did really enjoy the comforting home-like flavor if that makes...

If there was ever a place you’d want to go for great food and warming hospitality, it’s here. Food is great and made with passion. The owner is usually the only person inside when I visit so I don’t mind waiting. He is a very nice and sweet person who loves to make sure that customers are satisfied with their orders.
