What do you really expect from Beach Pizza? I am sure no one expects this place to be notable and that’s true. This place… is at least not as bad as Fat Tomato. Sadly, Beach Pizza is so below average that I feel they should apologize to Pizza itself for existing. I feel Beach Pizza should hand write letters of apology for besmirching Pizza by existing to Apolonia’s Pizzeria, Hot Tongue Pizza, Joe’s Pizza, Jon and Vinny’s, Milo and Olive, Pitfire Pizza, Prime Pizza, Pizzeria Sei, Ozzy’s Apizza, and Roberta’s. To start. Firstly they should do that. Even Prince Street Pizza. Sampa’s should thank you for making them look professional. What a joke, only in the Tenderloin of San Francisco where addicts are dying on the streets do you experience vibes this low around Pizza.
Also, easily the most unprofessional owner I have experienced interacting with in over 200 Pizza places tried and reviewed across all of our great Country, as well as Italy. The guy is annoying and rude and condescending all at once which is one thing but he’s outwardly racist about his Hispanic employees behind their back, in front of the customer who he had his literal back to.
It’s like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia but not funny and zero charisma. Has anyone seen the Dragon Pizza Review on One Bite Pizza? The owner of this place is just like that guy. A manchild. A manchild yelling and waving his hands around making offhanded remarks about his employees who are not present over their Language and behavior. So two faced and blatantly crude. No one needs to try this place. No one expects this to be Pizza you can take seriously because you just can’t.
The disrespect isn’t worth it. It’s always places that are below average that have horrible attitudes like this. The kind of place you say Thank You to them but they don’t say Thank You back. They clearly do not care about their customers or Pizza. Pizza is sacred thing that Beach Pizza clearly has no...
Read moreBeach pizza has been a consistent place for good pizza for years. I like a classic cheese pizza and they make a beautifully crispy crust with cheese that is fired to perfection. While they have a huge variety of flavors like bbq chicken and pesto, you can also build your own pizza!
There’s a nice selection of sandwiches. I dig the Italian chopped with their vinaigrette dressing.
You can download their app and earn points for rewards. Most time they are not busy but if it’s a holiday or big college night they might get a little backed up.
The seating inside is inviting and a great space to take a family or enjoy dining alone. Parking is back behind in...
Read moreCame in here late one night, they looked like they were going to close soon. We didnt know and so we were just going to head out and the owner or manager was very kind and allowed us to order a pizza to go.
I cant really put it into words but he just really made us feel welcome and he knew we were hungry and wanted to make sure we didnt have a bad experience or leave empty handed.
Since that night I have come several other times and ordered pizza.
Service and food are two areas that really impact whether a restaurant is successful or not. You cant have one without the other.
This place excels in both areas. Very happy to have found...
