I rarely leave reviews, but my experience today prompted me to speak up. I visited this location and ordered a chai tea latte. The server who took my order was friendly and helpful, but the person who made my drink was extremely rude.
Not only did she serve my hot chai tea latte cold, but when I politely pointed it out, she rolled her eyes and remade the drink with a terrible attitude. EDIT: the issue with the matcha is probably not the barista, but rather the quality of the matcha powder itself. It didnāt impart much matcha flavor and it was the wrong color. A higher quality matcha powder could do you...
